If you enjoy peace and quiet, nature, beautiful views, stargazing, campfires, and—upon request (for a small fee)—sauna evenings or soaking in the hot tub, you’re sure to feel right at home here.
The restroom and shower are located in our spa trailer at the upper end of the meadow.
We’ve recently added a ‘camper kitchen’ for our guests in a small wooden cabin. It’s equipped with a refrigerator, a 3-burner gas stove, and a sink. No one has to stand in the rain while cooking anymore.
Plates, cutlery, and cookware are provided. Our “circus tent” is the perfect spot for sheltered seating, relaxing, and dining.

A great campsite with a fantastic view. It was very quiet and relaxing. The host is very friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a basket of delicious fruit from the garden. The sauna and outdoor shower are highly recommended. Beautiful hiking trails right on our doorstep. We’ll definitely be back!
Our stay with Lothar was truly wonderful and something very special. The spot on the meadow behind his house is uniquely designed and has its own special charm. Despite being so close to the house, you have complete privacy there and can really enjoy some time to yourself. Lothar himself was always helpful and simply a very kind and pleasant host. It really has everything you need: a bathroom, shower, and kitchen. The circus tent used as a lounge area, in particular, along with the many small, unique details and objects on the property, make this place truly one-of-a-kind. Another highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub. Especially after a long day of hiking, it was the perfect place to completely unwind and relax. Both the dogs and we felt very comfortable staying with Lothar and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful weekend and felt completely at home. The accommodation is creatively and beautifully designed, surrounded by stunning nature—we even spotted deer right out in the field. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. The sauna got really hot, and the cold plunge pool was a wonderful way to cool off afterward.
