The beautiful pitch awaits you on a hill next to a country road with little traffic. You can enjoy the sunrise from the available seating. In bad weather, you can also use the local shelter. Just 600 meters away in the village there is a rustic traditional restaurant and the bus stop for the hiking bus.
The pitch is ideal for enjoying the peace and beauty of the landscape and is also a perfect starting point for exploring the Thuringian Sea.

Spectacular views with lovely spots to soak up the sun. The site has a special sense of openness and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the shelter was littered with trash, and we couldn’t use it because of the sardine cans left behind. That was a shame, but it didn’t completely spoil our impression of the beautiful site. Overall, a campsite with a great view and lots of potential.
