Idyllic farm near Cuxhaven

Hi there!

We’re offering a private spot on the edge of our working farm. Enjoy sweeping views across the fields in a completely secluded setting. It’s a rustic and wonderful place to just be all by yourself.

Feel free to hang out in our big, cozy garden shed—listen to music (a small radio is provided), laugh, dance, or just relax and unwind. There’s a fridge here that you’re welcome to use. If you’d like, you can spend the night in the shed or even under the open sky. Either way, you can stargaze ;-)

You’re welcome to light the fire barrel (firewood available for a fee).

Electricity is available at the site, as well as a toilet (composting toilet). You’re welcome to get drinking water from the farm.

Right on the property, there’s a slide for kids and just soooo much space to run around and play. Otherwise, there’s a trampoline on the farm and, of course, our farm animals (cows, calves, bulls, and a dog that loves kids).

Because we have our own dog, we unfortunately cannot welcome guests with dogs.

From our farm, it’s about 1.4 km to the town center, where you’ll find several supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, bakeries, and a train station. If you ever need a bike for a short time, just let us know.

Cuxhaven is 30 km away, and Hamburg is about 100 km (easily accessible by train). The Elbe ferry terminal to Wischhafen (crossing to Glückstadt) is about 30 km away. Nearby, you’ll find the beautiful Wingster Forest, the Wingst Swimming Pool, the Wingst Playground, the Wingster Forest Zoo, Neuhaus Water Skiing, and the Neuhaus Brewery & Schnapps Shop. But if you’re in the mood for something else, just let us know.
