You can't bring large vehicles here, but rooftop tents/tents and smaller caravans/mobile homes are fine. Here you are completely on your own. Forest meadow and occasionally the 2 donkeys... Pearl and Filou. No one can see you, you can hear the activity down at the farm. You are at the edge of the forest with a view of the Elz valley, ONLY green. See the sun rise opposite and can just BE on approx. 1 ha of forest meadow and natural stream...just BE.
You can drive over by car and camper, but a long wide mobile does not come around the corner, it is about 200m to the farm.
EVERYTHING you need is at the farm, spring water - washing station - washing machine - ceramic grill - seating - dining area - winter garden - campfire place - shower - toilet - waste disposal. Power socket is at the pitch.
Up there, with a view over to the farm, you can enjoy the evening, the day and above all the wonderful flora and fauna. If the long-eared animals bother you, if you want to be alone WITHOUT an animal or if you have a dog with you, we would close the gate to you at the bottom of the pond, you would then still have 1 ha of space on the farm and you would also have it for yourself upstairs...

There is a lot of fruit trees here, cibiscus/plum/apple and walnut
By a river/stream
our Zinkbächle which has its source in the back of the forest runs below into the small pond--through down to Elzach
With a shady place
as there are many fruit trees and the nearby forest, there are always wonderful shady spots to relax at any time of day
On a farm
we run an organic (country) vacation farm in the 6th generation and are vegetarians... (you are welcome to grill/roast/eat what you want)
By the lake
a small goose/duck pond below (50m) visible from the neighbor but fenced in
At/in the forest
On 2 sides is the forest with old trees oaks/pines and also oaks (in the enclosure is our old farm oak approx. 200 years old).
In the mountains
we are at the top of the pass Heidburg, 550m in the mountains with a wonderful view over to the Kandel and Rohardsberg
In a meadow
You stand on the donkey meadow, which can also be separated if the donkeys are not wanted.

It's too dangerous right at the edge of the forest, but since the area is so big...you're welcome to build a campfire in the fire pit down below. We also have a large fire pit by the grills, up in the courtyard—that's where everyone usually gathers.

There are so many fruit trees on your property, the nearby forest... and dry wood all around that you can collect for free.
If you'd like cut firewood, there would be a charge for that.

Wheelchair accessible
The area is unpaved, with natural ground/a dirt path. It is difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, though it has been used that way before. The courtyard itself is easy to navigate. The restroom is NOT wheelchair accessible.
Fenced
Yes, this area is completely safe, as we keep the donkeys here in 2 meadows, together with you or separately if you wish.
Other (house rules)
-No hooting parties, campfire happy no matter how long however respecting the night sleep of us and the nearby forest with its wildlife.
-There is 1 toilet and 1 shower in the courtyard building, is always accessible.
-If something is missing, please contact us, we can lend most of it.

Grandma Rösch's own products are offered, as well as homemade Black Forest products from the GlücksStüblie

not used in the summer months (the sun gives you a tan) and the WC/shower is also located here.

Yes, we have our own bio-treatment plant.
NO chemical toilet , you could empty in Oberprechtal about 7km.

Hot tub
there is a hot tube, which we like to use in bad cold weather, in summer NO; because it would take 1300L of spring water per family and the water is too precious for that in summer...we ONLY have this one spring which supplies the whole farm, so these many liters are more important for garden/pool filling and farm water.

Horse riding
Yes, after work, with the donkeys, although this is more donkey walking. The kids can learn the animal feeling, the animal duties and especially the animal love.

in the surrounding forest it is ALWAYS possible, otherwise about 30 km climbing hall
Watching wildlife
Yes, you are right on the edge of the forest, in front of meadow. Rabbits / deer / badgers / foxes / hawk and marten. As well as our cats Nuit and Tinka, visit you certainly sometimes at night.

So what can I write, I found the description of the Eselwiese and could hardly believe that there is such a great offer. We spent a week with Natalia and her large family and found everything exactly as described. The plan was underlined by a great harmony and an incomparable flair with lots of nature and coziness, especially the two donkeys were a highlight, also for our dogs. The large fenced-in donkey meadow is a very special experience. The dogs could run free all day and there was a campfire every evening and food from the barbecue over the open fire. We have to say, we have found many great places in the last few years, but overall it was indescribably beautiful at Natalia's, we will definitely be back 😀👍🍷🥰
It was very nice at Natalia's. We were able to really switch off in the middle of the countryside. In between there were sweet donkeys who also liked to be cuddled and in the evening we were also alone by the fire. The communication was very pleasant, everything was on a first-name basis and very human. We give it a 5/5 rating and can only recommend the Eselwiese and would love to come back.
Dear Natalia, A place to arrive - and really arrive. This little corner of the world has hit us right in the heart. We are grateful for the peace and quiet, the warm hospitality and the deep sense of well-being that accompanied us here. A true oasis in the midst of beautiful nature, with lovely people, special animals and the rare ability to make it easy for us to let go. We will definitely be back - a place with rarity value. If you are looking for paradise, you will find it here. Natalia and her family gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable and at peace in the midst of the farm and its creatures. We will be back any time.
