In the middle of nowhere. We offer campers the chance to spend time on our small farm in a completely secluded location. The campsite is situated right on our beautiful meadow next to the house, surrounded by woods, meadows, and fields. We are located in the Bergland region; the campsite is situated above the farm and is accessible via a paved dirt road. Therefore, our campsite is perfect for off-road enthusiasts, but also for VW buses, cars, small RVs, off-road vehicles, and vehicles with small camping trailers.
Our campsite is perfect for self-sufficient campers as well as nature-loving travelers with tents.
Since the farm is located right on the Siegsteig trail, you can start hiking directly from the campsite. A forest bench is located about 200 meters from the campsite. We have cows, horses, sheep, and a dog living on our farm.

Dogs are very welcome. As we also have a dog and appreciate nature and its wildlife, dogs must be kept on a lead.

Accommodation for a maximum of 4 horses is provided on a separately fenced meadow, directly at the pitch/tent site. Water and electricity are included in the flat rate. Hay on request. There is a tree in the meadow to provide shade.

Carolin and Stefan were once again wonderful hosts, and we felt very comfortable staying with them. They were always approachable and helpful. Their son even brought us some beautiful flowers.
To call it "secluded" is almost an understatement. A truly fantastic and idyllic camping spot with very friendly hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Hosts/Landlords (especially Carolin): - Super friendly and absolutely helpful (e.g., lending us a pavilion because of the heat and providing water) - Communication was extremely fast and precise - There when you need help, but still “just” in the background Campsite: - Exactly as described - Beautiful nature and peace and quiet - A visit from sheep right by the campsite was a fun experience - Great view of the valley; clear view of the starry sky at night - Rustic restroom, but also a spotlessly clean and modern camping restroom (about 100 meters away) - Access via a dirt road (no problem with a standard car—not a low-slung one) Special feature: You’re truly completely alone. It was a fantastic evening. Late at night by the campfire, we had a visit from the free-roaming sheep—it was just great, and the "solitude" theme really hits the mark. We'd love to come back
