Peace, nature and a touch of majesty - welcome to our idyllic campsite outside Hufen.
Our lovingly maintained campsite is in a wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the village - and yet easily accessible directly from the road. The fenced-in area offers security and peace at the same time - ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and dog owners. Four-legged friends are very welcome here!
At the heart of the site are three imposing sequoia trees, whose majestic appearance creates a very special atmosphere. Surrounded by the lush green of the adjacent forest, you will find a place to slow down - perfect for switching off, taking a deep breath and enjoying yourself.

- Quiet, secluded location on the edge of the forest - just outside the village of Hufen

We received a very warm welcome and felt right at home—thank you so much! The hiking trails in the area are also absolutely beautiful—lush green forests and stunning views into the distance. We happened to be there on a day with perfect motorcycle weather, so it wasn’t quite as quiet in the afternoon as we’d expected, but it was quiet at night. Everything was set up with such care—we highly recommend it!
Beautiful spot! There’s water and electricity, if you want them. You can build a fire, and in the evening the lights come on around the property. In the village of Waldbrol (a half-hour walk away), you can sit on a patio and do some grocery shopping. Jochen and Judith are super friendly hosts. I’d definitely come back!

A dream in the Bergisches Land for people and dogs alike. A night full of magic, fireflies, the romance of a campfire, and thunderstorms. A dream for nature lovers. Pure nature, surrounded by farmers with live alpine cattle drives right before your eyes. An idyll in the middle of nowhere. And the big plus: a host who does his very best to make sure you feel right at home. Thank you so much again for everything!!! We felt very comfortable and welcome. We received a warm welcome, with plenty of conversation and tips about the area, and a well-maintained campsite that’s still under development. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature, the hike along the Waldmythenweg trail, and a bike ride through Morsbach and the Bergisches Land. We’ll definitely be back!
