Ruhr area meets Sauerland idyll

The Ruhr region meets the Sauerland in beautiful Wickede (Ruhr).

We offer pure idyll for nature lovers on their travels.

Our pitches are large enough for everyone, well-maintained and with a fantastic view of the countryside, where you can almost become melancholy at many a dreamlike sunset.

The available pitches are 8 x 14m or 10 x 14m in size and, due to an old oak tree, 3.50m high. Our extensive fields are a great playground for dogs and invite you to take a long walk. Our Highland cattle are also always available for a cuddle (or a great photo opportunity ;) ). Not far from our farm (4.8km) is the beautiful Ruhr. Other nearby destinations are: the Möhnesee (approx. 20km), the wild forest Vosswinkel (10km), motorcross track MCC Vosswinkel (10km) and many more.

The region also offers many opportunities for hiking, cycling and forest walks in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Furthermore, many local farmers offer their regional products.

For a small fee, we are also happy to provide some wood and a fire bowl for cozy evenings, weather permitting. We can also provide you with some fresh water, but please note that it is currently only available from the garden hose and electricity via a cable drum.
