Idyllic meadow between Werl and Unna on the edge of the Ruhr area

Our property with meadow, pond and stream is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village.

The pitch is located on the meadow. Here the front part is mowed regularly for the pitch. The rear part with its wild plants and bushes is gladly left to the wild animals.

The part with pond, stream and garden hut is fenced. The keys are handed over on arrival.

In our garden hut is electricity, water and a simple but freshly renovated toilet available and can be shared. Our water comes from the same spring that supplies the pond. So it is not filtered drinking water.

You can relax on our grounds by the spring , wade through the stream or listen to the many songbirds. A grill and a fire bowl can be borrowed by prior arrangement.

From here you can start wonderful excursions or bike tours through the Hellweg region, the Soester Börde, the Münsterland or the Sauerland.

We run our own farm store 5 km away. If you like, you can order fruit, vegetables, potatoes, meat or barbecue meat, eggs, jams, dairy products, juices, wines or barbecue charcoal from us. We will then deliver upon arrival.

For those who do not want to cook themselves, we can strongly recommend the pizzeria in town. There is also a bakery in town. Supermarkets can be found in nearby Werl.

Even though our property seems a bit remote, we are not free from civilization. You can hear traffic of a bypass or federal highway, but the murmur of the spring and the chirping of birds prevail. There are neighbors, but due to the bushes and trees the property is nicely screened and quiet.

The indicated price refers to 2 persons. Each additional adult costs 10€, children from 4 years 6€.
