Idyllic meadow between Werl and Unna on the edge of the Ruhr region
Our property with meadow, pond and stream is idyllically situated on the outskirts of the village.
The pitch is located on the meadow. The front part is regularly mowed for the pitch. The rear part with its wild plants and bushes is left to the wild animals.
The part with the pond, stream and garden shed is fenced in. The keys are handed over on arrival.
Electricity, water and a simple but newly renovated toilet are available in our garden hut and can be shared. There is also a simple but practical outdoor sink. Our water comes from the same spring that supplies the pond. It is therefore not filtered drinking water.
You can relax on our grounds by the spring, wade through the stream or listen to the many songbirds. A barbecue and a fire bowl can be borrowed by prior arrangement.
From here you can start wonderful excursions or bike tours through the Hellweg region, the Soester Börde, the Münsterland or the Sauerland.
We run our own farm store 5 km away. If you like, you can order fruit, vegetables, potatoes, meat or barbecue meat, eggs, jams, dairy products, juices, wines or barbecue charcoal from us. We will then deliver on arrival.
If you don't want to cook for yourself, we can highly recommend the pizzeria in the village. There is also a bakery in the village. Supermarkets can be found in nearby Werl.
Even if our property seems a little remote, we are not free from civilization. You can hear traffic from a bypass or main road, but the sound of the spring and birdsong predominate. Although there are neighbors, the bushes and trees mean that the property is nicely shielded and quiet.
The price quoted is for 2 people. Each additional adult costs €10, children aged 4 and over €6.

A truly beautiful campground with a special charm. 🌿🏕️ The large pond and the huge garden offer peace and nature—perfect for simply unwinding and enjoying time outdoors. And our dog was able to roam freely in the fenced-in area. The large shelter with garden chairs and tables was great in both sun and rain. Outside, there are free-range chickens and a fallow deer enclosure nearby, as well as sheep and horses that you can watch while walking the dog. Within 5 to 9 minutes, there are plenty of shopping options, as well as parks, a pilgrimage church, and more. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back because we enjoyed the campground and the interaction with the hostess was pleasant and easygoing. Best regards, Felix & Family

We had a wonderful weekend on the meadow by the spring pond. Susanne gave us a warm welcome. Electricity is available. We had a great spot in the shade under the trees and a clean restroom with a sink.
Such a beautiful place. It's almost a shame to spend only one night there.
An absolute dream spot for nature lovers! 🌿💛 For me and my dog Bibi, this place was just perfect. The babbling of the spring water, the beautiful pond, and the tranquility are pure relaxation. A wild hare stopped by for dinner. You can spot a red kite, lots of butterflies, and birds here. Bibi got to cool off in the stream, and I dangled my feet in the spring pond—simply wonderful. Electricity and a clean restroom are available. A special thank you to Susanne—so warm, empathetic, and helpful; you feel welcome right away. And the Pizzeria Restaurant Torino in the village is also highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

The site is very beautiful and unspoiled. There’s a lovely terrace overlooking the pond and a cold spring where you can cool off. The restroom, electrical hookup, and sink are well-organized, clean, and functional. Communication with Susanne was very friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this site.
