Large, well-kept tent meadow with large natural pool/bathing pond for swimming during the day, barbecue area and fire bowl for campfires.
Play facilities for children are available (tampolin, slackline, swing, slide, sandpit).
We have a pitch for a camper in the courtyard, but not on the meadow. Please ask before booking if it is still available.
Access to the tent meadow only on foot. Parking for cars in the parking lot opposite.
Entry point for canoeing on the Altmühl approx. 150m away.
Directly on the Altmühl cycle path towards Pappenheim.

Natural pool for use. Pool rules:Opening hours: daily from 6-21h Use only with swimwear. Before use, a short shower must be taken at the unheated outdoor shower, as the natural pool does not contain any chlorine. Use by children only under constant supervision by a parent or guardian. I made a mistake when booking. Caroline was very accommodating and refunded the full amount! Very nice contact. That's also what counts!
We were guests with our two kids for two nights in this breathtaking garden and the very large tent meadow, where everything is provided for young and old. A highlight is the beautiful and large swimming pond. In the gazebo next door we found everything a camper's heart desires: washbasins, sockets, a large table and a fridge stocked with the best drinks (lemonade and beer) and barbecue food at fair prices. We felt very well looked after and thanks to the friendly host family we still managed to go on a boat trip on the Altmühl despite having missed our reservation. Thank you for that! We will definitely be back!
