Welcome to our garden!

Our garden in the district of Schmalkalden-Meiningen with parking space for vehicles up to approx. 10 m or the possibility of camping has direct access to a small stream, a fireplace, shady and sunny spots, niches with seating, 2 outdoor dining areas and lots of nature right on the doorstep (paradise for hikers and sportsmen as well as berry, herb and mushroom pickers).

The local swimming pool is open during the summer vacations and is adjacent to our property.

From here you can perfectly combine cultural and nature experiences.

The theater and royal town of Meiningen is only a few kilometers away. In the other direction is the historic half-timbered town of Schmalkalden. Zella-Mehlis and Suhl are also within easy reach. The bus stop is a 7-minute walk away (approx. 500m).

Bicycle and canoe tours are possible in the Werra Valley. If you like it more sporty, you can ride a mountain bike from Viernau to the Ruppberg, for example, or try out other tours.

Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.
