The pitch is in a quiet location in the middle of the village, with a view of the small river Wenne and the Wenne floodplains. In the village there is a large selection of gastronomy, a gas station and a bakery. About 2 km away there is a sports lake (Esmeckestausee) which invites you to swim and linger.
