The Tiny House is located in the bird sanctuary of Finca Mejias.

Between the towns of Aguilas and Lorca, in the province of Murcia.

In the middle of peaceful nature with countless great panoramic views at every corner!

Hiking, mountain biking or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet, take your pick!

You feel far away from everything on the finca, but you are still only 15 minutes away from Aguilas, where many beaches, restaurants and shopping facilities await you.

The house "Linde" is situated on a hill with a great panoramic view of a huge pine tree in front of the pool area (the pool is currently being renovated).

On a living area of approx. 60m2 there are two bedrooms, living room with TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen, washing machine, winter garden, terrace with charcoal grill and a carport for three vehicles.

Everything is fully equipped.

Electricity is generated by solar energy and the water comes from the cistern.

Enjoy the Finca Mejias! Experience the peaceful nature!

You can hike for hours through the green hilly landscape or explore it by mountain bike.

Are you looking for peace and inspiration, do you want to read a book, paint or simply find yourself?

Are you an amateur ornithologist and fascinated by birdwatching or do you prefer to observe the magnificent starry sky at new moon?

Thanks to the low light pollution at Finca Mejias, you have ideal conditions for observing, photographing or filming the stars.
