The Tiny House "Maria" is located in the bird sanctuary between the towns of Aguilas and Lorca, in the province of Murcia.

In the middle of peaceful nature with countless, great panoramic views at every corner!

Hiking, mountain biking or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet - take your pick!

You feel far away from everything on the finca, but you are still only 15 minutes away from Aguilas, where many beaches, restaurants and shopping facilities await you.

The house "Maria" is situated on a hill with a great panoramic view over the green hills of the finca. On a living area of approx. 45m2 there are two bedrooms, living room with TV, bathroom with massage shower, kitchen, washing machine, terrace with gas barbecue and a carport.

Everything is fully equipped.

Electricity is generated by solar energy and the water comes from the cistern.

Experience the peaceful nature!

You can hike for hours through the green hilly landscape or explore it by mountain bike.
