Time out in a circus wagon on the canal in Münsterland

Come down, come to us in Tecklenburger Land!

Between the trees of our orchard, only separated from the Mittelland Canal by a dyke, you will find our circus wagon. Surrounded by nature, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, wave to the deer and squirrels or simply relax and unwind. In good weather, it's worth taking a dip in the Mittelland Canal. Or simply bring your SUP, rubber dinghy, canoe or fishing rod!

Our fully self-sufficient and insulated circus caravan is fully equipped with WLAN, self-produced green electricity, cold running water and a fast kettle (with temperature preselection), coffee and tea making facilities, induction hob, fridge, fireplace, crockery, washing-up liquid and much more. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own laundry if you prefer. You will find a dry toilet, which is cleaned regularly, next to the car. In summer, you have the option of using a shower tent. You can also get a fire bowl, barbecue and fuel from us for a donation. This is pure glamping!

You can start hiking straight away from our farm - there are hiking trails right outside the front door. The premium hiking trails of the Teuto loops and the extensive network of hiking trails in the beautiful Tecklenburger Land region beckon. Go jogging along the canal or go on endless cycling tours through meadows, fields and forests or take a detour to the nearby Marina Recke and the outdoor forest pool, the climbing areas in the surrounding area (e.g. Dörenther Klippen). A glass of red wine in the evening directly on the canal, on the cozy seating area between the fruit trees or on your own balcony on the circus wagon with a view of the passing ships - these are the simple yet wonderful pleasures that your stay with us offers you. And if the weather is bad, you can simply go to the nearby Steinbeck sulphur baths with their sauna park and indoor/outdoor pool. We will be happy to give you further tips for excursions and provide you with maps and a guest folder with information.

Here with us, you can hear the owl calling at night, the woodpecker rummaging during the day and sometimes curious deer standing outside your window in the morning. Thanks to the large bird sanctuary on the nearby Holy Sea, our garden is a playground for all kinds of birdlife.

We keep a colorful flock of chickens and lovingly run a small farm apiary. You can watch the busy bees from your window. Depending on the season, you can buy our farm produce such as colorful organic eggs, honey and fruit from our garden. Bakers and village stores are very close by despite our natural location - you can reach them on foot or by bike in just a few minutes. At the weekend you can also (almost always) take advantage of our breakfast service. Osnabrück, Lingen and Rheine are only 30 minutes away by car.

On request and depending on availability, we offer relaxing yoga classes and immersive sound journeys (gongs, antique and crystal singing bowls and many other enjoyable instruments) with our own certified yoga teacher.
