Immediate response to the email, a very warm welcome, and a perfectly prepared site with everything a camper could need. It included an outdoor sink, a covered seating area, and a clothesline. Bertram was incredibly accommodating, open-minded, and helpful. Even the firewood and a fire pit were included in the price. The washhouse was clean and everything worked perfectly. We felt extremely comfortable and would love to come back whenever we get the chance!
