Our dreamy little village invites you to relax and go on excursions.
Be it a visit to Rammenau Castle, the old forge or the prison.
A hike directly from the site is also possible at any time. For example to the highest point in Upper Lusatia, the Hochstein.
In our village you will find 4 restaurants, 2 butchers, a supermarket, a petrol station, a savings bank and a fitness center with bowling alley and indoor playground.
We ask you to be a little indulgent when visiting. We acquired the property not too long ago and are currently in the process of building and renovating it. You will get a quiet, self-sufficient place with an adjacent hiking trail to the castle, friendly hosts and a wonderful view.
There is a public toilet and shower about 10 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive away.
We are happy about every guest.
From now on, a visitor's tax of €0.50 per adult is payable on site. This goes to the municipality.

Unfortunately I can not give more than 3 stars, because I had different expectations based on the photos than actually was. I assumed that you are as in the first photo zusehen is on the edge of a group of trees which is a bit shady, so we stood cramped on a meadow next to the house, this place is more suitable for motorhomes or small camper vans. Even if this place is still under construction, you should consider whether it is suitable for larger caravans and for dogs. small dogs would not be a problem because they fit in every bag. for owners of larger dogs or dogs that have problems with other dogs, it would also be worth knowing beforehand whether there are other dogs in the immediate vicinity so that you can deal with them better.
A really pretty village, with a corner store, 2 butchers and 3 restaurants. An ideal destination if you just want to enjoy the peace and nature from the big city. The next bigger village is a few kilometers away, also reachable by bike if you like to go up and down hills. The public showers and toilets were in a super clean condition. The hosts were super friendly and open. Even if the battery is running low, they provide a remedy and guarantee access to electricity. The view is very beautiful and there is plenty of peace and quiet. Thank you once again.
Everything was great, we received a friendly welcome and had enough space for our caddy and two tents. Fantastic location in absolute peace and quiet. Highly recommended for self-sufficient campers.
