Alpaca/Llama/Wallaby-Winklhof Apple/Aronia Plantation

Our certified organic farm is located 30 km south of Landshut, between Mühldorf a. Inn and Vilsbiburg, surrounded by apple and chokeberry orchards. As a family business, we mainly produce chokeberry juice and apple balsamic vinegar as well as dried fruit. In 2017, the farm was recognized as a qualified adventure farm and since 2020 you can also have a good time in the farm café.

Our hobby is our wonderful alpacas and llamas, with whom we have a lot of fun and can forget the stress of everyday life. This is not only due to their big eyes and cuddly, fluffy fur, they also radiate inner peace. Visitors can also enjoy the alpacas and llamas on guided hikes with the Andean animals. The animals' wool is used to make knitting wool and quilts. You can then watch the animals graze. Sponsorships are available for the llamas and alpacas.

5 wallabies have also been living at Winklhof since 2022. Lotte and Josy and Lucy can be observed here.

Pitch location is surrounded by our plantations, here the world is still in order said someone recently when he saw deer jumping from the farm in broad daylight. And that's exactly how it is, you don't just see 35 alpacas or 23 llamas here, deer and rabbits also jump around. There is a playground for the children, a few cats, chickens, a horse and our Bernese dairymaids Sina and Wolke.

From April, Highland Cattle [Scottish Highland cattle] will also be living with us.

Winklhof farm café

The café is open on Sundays and public holidays from 11 am to 5 pm. (Open from April to November) Homemade cakes and pies, Dinzler coffee specialties, cold drinks etc. are offered. Children can let off steam in the playground.

Winklhof farm shop

The farm store is open Mondays to Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm and Tuesdays and Fridays from 1 pm to 5 pm and during the opening hours of the café: Aronia juice, apple juice, apple potato chips, alpaca products, apple balsamic vinegar, honey. All from producers in the region or from our own farm.
