Rarely has the saying "The way is the goal" been more apt, because at this camp, even the journey is a real highlight! On winding paths it goes from the main road further and further into the wilderness of the Müritz National Park. Past huge ponds and lush greenery. Here comes safari feeling and who likes, can try to spot the "Big Five" of the hinterland: sea eagle, otter, beaver, fox and frogs.
Once you have arrived at the campsite, you can expect pure peace and relaxation. You can set up camp on the shore of one of the ponds and let your gaze wander into the distance. Switch off from everyday life and explore the large area.
At the campsite you are all to yourself. At most, a fisherman will come by to cast his nets. But the infrastructure is close by: After a short ride by van or bike on the site, you will arrive at the "Fischers Land Boek". Here you will find a rustic rotunda with fish snack, a pier with canoe rental, a large playground and fishing ponds. Here you can also get a fishing license for your stay.
A small but important tip for this camp: don't forget mosquito spray!

The place is very idyllically situated in a secluded location with absolute peace and quiet. The village and the restaurant with very tasty smoked fish are within walking distance. You can go hiking, canoeing and cycling. The contact was very nice and uncomplicated. We would love to come back!
We were given a very friendly welcome and very good instructions. The pitch assigned to us was magnificent, a 360 degree view of nature. With the dog we could enjoy our rounds on the grounds with lots of animal observations. The hosts and the location are a very special tip and recommendation. Thank you very much!
Very accommodating host, who offered us another pitch on the second day. The area was very quiet, which was also great for our anxious dog. There are also lots of animals to watch. Definitely recommended. :)
We had a great overnight stay with Antje in the national park. We were greeted friendly and a lot of effort was made to find a good pitch for us. On the day of our overnight stay it was very windy and this was also taken into account in the choice of site. The site is insanely beautiful. We were really completely alone in the evening / night and just had nature around us. We could watch super birds and listen to other animals at night. We would definitely go there again, even longer than one night! :)
