The place is very idyllically situated in a secluded location with absolute peace and quiet. The village and the restaurant with very tasty smoked fish are within walking distance. You can go hiking, canoeing and cycling. The contact was very nice and uncomplicated. We would love to come back!
We were given a very friendly welcome and very good instructions. The pitch assigned to us was magnificent, a 360 degree view of nature. With the dog we could enjoy our rounds on the grounds with lots of animal observations. The hosts and the location are a very special tip and recommendation. Thank you very much!
Very accommodating host, who offered us another pitch on the second day. The area was very quiet, which was also great for our anxious dog. There are also lots of animals to watch. Definitely recommended. :)
We had a great overnight stay with Antje in the national park. We were greeted friendly and a lot of effort was made to find a good pitch for us. On the day of our overnight stay it was very windy and this was also taken into account in the choice of site. The site is insanely beautiful. We were really completely alone in the evening / night and just had nature around us. We could watch super birds and listen to other animals at night. We would definitely go there again, even longer than one night! :)
Fantastic site in a single location, great observation point for air, land and water-bound animals. Tip, different from what we have done: before arrival arrange early by phone - we had trusted that it would go without, unfortunately, then the place reference was a bit rough (but in the end very nice). Gladly again, then with prior arrangement of the arrival!
We stood very idyllic, virtually in the outback. At night you can hear, at least in the pop-up roof, various animal activities. During the day we could observe kingfishers, infinite frog babies and swans , herons etc.. You could also sit in the rotunda very nice and eat fish sandwiches. A canoe rental is within walking distance. Only the toilets were unfortunately not open 24 hours, but apparently only during opening hours. We like to come back, then certainly with dog.
