Romantic isolated location on old farmstead

Unfortunately, the municipality did not inform us in advance about the upcoming roadwork. Starting today, May 5, and continuing through early July 2026, the only access road to our property will be fully closed. However, access will generally remain possible—it will be completely blocked on only two days. The contractor has assured us that they will notify us well in advance of those two days.

Since heavy equipment will be used, noise disturbances may occur on weekdays. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We look forward to welcoming you! We are currently renovating our old farmhouse, and our contractors were able to start work earlier than planned. As a result, there may be occasional noise disturbances on weekdays—especially when heavy equipment is in use. However, the work will not take place continuously but only intermittently.

We ask that you take this into account when making your reservation and thank you for your understanding. Of course, we will do our best to keep the disturbances to a minimum.

Are you self-sufficient and looking for some peace and quiet? Do you want to let your children and pets run around in the great outdoors? Then our campsite is the right choice for you. At the uninhabited farmstead at the foot of the Buchaberg, you can set off directly on hikes up the mountain or hike or bike along the Bogenbach through the beautiful Perlbachtal valley. The farmstead is a dead-end road in a secluded location with no through traffic and no neighbors. The amusement park is great fun for children. It is just a short walk away on the opposite side of the valley.

ATTENTION! Travel Information:

The campsites are the mowed meadow just before the farmstead. However, if the meadow is wet, I recommend parking in the yard or on the path.

Please park your vehicle so that, if necessary, there is still room for a second camper on the meadow. After all, your departure day could be someone else’s arrival day. In the event of such an overlap, there will be no space issues.

If arriving with a trailer, please note that the final stretch is quite steep, with a gradient of approx. 15–18%. The towing vehicle should therefore have plenty of power and four-wheel drive. However, we have already had several guests with large caravans, so we believe it is suitable under normal circumstances.

We cannot guarantee snow-free conditions during the winter months from November through March. While the road is cleared by the municipality, the meadow may no longer be passable. Please take this into account when booking. It is best to contact us in advance if weather conditions are uncertain.

The surrounding meadows are leased. The farmer must mow the meadow twice a year. Due to weather conditions, we can neither plan for nor influence this. Therefore, tractor noise is to be expected at times. This is part of country life.
