We have a very large plot with space for three motor homes or caravans and several tents.
It is located on the edge of the village directly on fields, with a view of the Mittellandkanal and the riding arena. Deer, foxes and nutrias can be observed very nicely. Since we love nature there are many trees that offer a shady place in the hot summer. There are fruit trees and flowers everywhere - wildly romantic.
Far and wide there are well-developed bike paths, but no highway.
There are horse farms, dreamy villages and the oldest swamp castle in Europe in Oebisfelde. There is a beautiful bike tour through the Drömling, past the Oebisfeld castle, almost to the campsite. This can be viewed on Youtube: Oebisfelder Sumpfburg- und Ländchen-Tour im Drömling (abbreviation on signs in the area: OSL).
In about 25Km is Wolfsburg, where you can super look at the Autostadt.

The site is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Breitenfeld. However, there is no view of either the Mittelland Canal or the Aller Canal. This is also evident if you check Google Maps beforehand. Otherwise, the parking area has two spots under trees with gravel surfaces for the cars, separated by bushes. These spots were newly laid out by Christian, meaning that when we were there, they couldn’t be used yet because the grass had just been seeded. But that wasn’t a big deal, since we were the only ones there. One spot is in the sun. The parking area is very well signposted, so you can drive there even if Christian isn’t there. From the parking area, you can go on bike rides in the Drömling or along the Mittelland Canal.
Beautiful meadow
Very nice pitch in the middle of nature with birdsong. Directly on the Allerkanal and not far from the Mittellandkanal. A nearby railroad line we hardly noticed. Bicycle tours are highly recommended. Very warm welcome by Christian and his partner with their new pitch. We will be happy to come back.
