If you’re camping with a vehicle, you’ll stay on our site nestled between woods, meadows, and wildflower strips at the edge of the world. If you’re coming with a tent, you’ll spend the night on a meadow in a different part of the property. Plenty of nature, wildlife, trails, and reservoirs are right at your doorstep.
There are cozy spots, beautiful views, and plenty of peace and quiet.
The parking lot is graveled and thus weatherproof—but you can also stroll barefoot across the green areas...
The Kerspe Dam is visible from a distance, but not accessible.
Over the past few years, we’ve lovingly renovated this place and are in the final stages—no more contractors, but we’re not quite done yet.

A quick rule of thumb: keep your dog within your line of sight at all times, make sure he gets along well with children, and train him so he doesn’t pull you along. This helps us when we’re around kids and wildlife, and it also lets you know when it’s time to do his business 😉

Unfortunately, we don't offer trash pickup.
Sauna
Please check availability of the sauna in advance. It may be occupied by Airbnb guests. Use of the sauna is charged separately: €25, including wood and infusions. High-quality infusions are available for €3.
Grey water disposal
Only if you don't have a septic tank. You'll need a portable greywater tank. You can't drive over a drain or anything like that. Our treatment plant only accepts organic waste.

Relax in our private wooden sauna with a large panoramic window and sweeping views of nature. Important: Please check availability in advance, as other guests may also book this experience. After your sauna session, the outdoor shower provides the perfect refreshment! Ideal for unwinding after an active day in nature. Sauna includes a standard infusion. A variety of high-quality organic infusions from AllgäuQuelle are also available for an additional fee. You must confirm this experience via a link after booking.

We had an incredibly wonderful, relaxing time with Caro and Nils. They are both great hosts, and their campsite is simply a dream.
We had a wonderful time here and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Sipping coffee in the morning while gazing out at the endless landscape is pure relaxation. The absolute highlight for us was the sauna with a view of the surrounding nature— what a perfect way to wind down a wonderful day on vacation. Everything else was just perfect, too: a well-maintained property, a friendly and very attentive host family who truly care about their guests’ relaxation. A place where you can truly unwind, and one we will definitely return to.
We stayed at Nils and Caro’s farm for two nights on a whim. We had an absolutely amazing time, and everything went smoothly and easily. I was even able to work from there without any issues using the Wi-Fi. 🥰 Everything was just as described, and we’d love to come back!
A truly amazing campsite! 😊 Everything is immaculately maintained and clearly done with a lot of care—the restroom and shower are top-notch, the kitchen is great, and the panoramic sauna is simply the best for relaxing. Plus, the hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Just come and see for yourself.
