Tree house with sauna and hot tub

The tree house was newly built in 2020. The living space offers plenty of room for adventurous moments on approx. 35 m². The room concept is open plan. Directly above the pallet sofa is a power outlet with USB ports. The LED TV can be swiveled and has a DVD player. The wood-burning stove is positioned so that both the living area and the bedroom can be heated with it. The living room could also be called a kitchen-living room. The kitchenette is made from over 100-year-old solid oak half-timbered benches and a solid oak top. The minimalist kitchen fits in perfectly with the treehouse adventure and offers everything that makes life more enjoyable, from an oven and espresso machine to a dishwasher. There is also a microwave, toaster, milk frother, coffee machine, kettle, gas stove, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. We also provide our guests with salt, pepper, and sugar—the essentials for a relaxed start to their adventure. A small, light-filled dining nook completes the room. From the living area, there is a door to the bedroom with a built-in bed (180x200). The bathroom transports you to a whole other world. The combination of sand-colored tiles, clay walls, and old oak beams creates a strong connection to nature. The rain shower is separated by a wall of plants. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Between the bathroom and bedroom, a small old ladder leads up to the sleeping loft. Here you will find another 140x200 bed.

It was particularly important to us that you can walk all the way around the tree house on the terrace. Here you will find different sunny or shady spots at different times of the day. Of course, there is a barbecue area on the terrace, which is also covered. There is also a hot tub for 2 people on the terrace, which is heated by fire and can be used in both summer and winter. A small outbuilding on the terrace is for the sauna. With an unobstructed view of the wide field, you can enjoy several sauna sessions with different aromas. From the terrace, you have a great view of our flower and vegetable garden, where you can also watch our runner ducks on their daily waddle.

For our younger guests, we have installed a slide that leads directly into a small sandpit. Under the tree house, children will find a slackline, a two-person swing, a hammock, and other climbing facilities.

We also offer our guests a playground for the little ones with a slide, a sandpit, a children's kitchen, a rocking motorcycle, a swing, and a marble run. The archery range is free to use. A tandem bicycle can also be borrowed free of charge.

The cost for two nights, including final cleaning, is €390. Each additional night costs €140 per night. (Use of the sauna, electricity, water, firewood, and garbage disposal are included in the price). Climate neutrality.

The following can be booked in addition: bed linen package (€10 per person), towel set (€5 per person), sauna (€15 per 3 hours), and hot tub (€40 per day).
