Pitch in the game reserve on the Rheinsteig hiking trail

Your parking space is located above the Rhine Valley in a game reserve near the popular wine village of Leutesdorf. You can come into direct contact with our tame game and feed them. The quiet parking space is enclosed by an opaque fence. From here, you can go on long hikes. The well-known Rheinsteig hiking trail with breathtaking views of the Rhine Valley runs directly below our enclosure. Two popular restaurants with panoramic views of the Rhine Valley and the Eifel are within walking distance. In our farm shop, you can purchase our handmade jams and homemade fruit liqueurs (see also: landfrucht.de).

If you feel like it, you can also help us with the fruit or hay harvest. As a reward, you will receive a hearty snack or a share of the harvested fruit, for example. Popular tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity include the world's largest cold water geyser and the "Römerwelt" (Roman World), where you can immerse yourself in Roman life at the time of the Limes. Our parking space is open from the end of March to the end of October. Arrival is possible until 6:00 p.m. Unless there are subsequent bookings, we do not have fixed checkout times.

Important: Your vehicles should not be longer than 8 meters. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter the driveway. Caravans/trailers can be longer if the individual vehicles do not exceed 8 meters. We look forward to your visit!

Heike & Jörg P.S.: Since 2023, the town of Leutesdorf has been charging a tourist tax of €1.50 per person/night (children under 7 free), which you pay to us here on site and we pass on to the municipality.
