Our mill is available for small parties or birthday celebrations. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the observance of quiet hours and noise protection, because the neighbors should also have a pleasant time. Windows and doors must be kept closed after 10 pm. Music systems may generally only be used indoors - Cleanliness:

When leaving the group accommodation, the house must be vacuumed and cleaned. This includes all rooms, objects and furniture that have been used. The same applies to the outside area. All furniture, barbecue, etc. must be put back in place. Please only enter the mill without shoes (slippers recommended)

- Obligation of guests to register

Every participant must be registered with us as host before arrival. Unregistered persons must be registered urgently, otherwise fines will be imposed by the authorities. - Bed linen/towels:

Are the bed linen and towels packed?

We would like to point out once again that you can bring your own.

Alternatively, the bed linen package can be booked in advance for EUR 12 and the towel package for EUR 5.

Comforters and pillows are available on site!

For cold days, there is a wood-burning stove in the mill in addition to the wall heating. We have provided instructions on how to use it correctly, please follow these before use.

You are welcome to bring your own wood. Alternatively, you can book wood with us in advance. Please let us know in good time (ideally when you make your booking)!

Note: Only dry wood may be burned, please do not bring garbage or other materials!

Barbecuing at the mill is only permitted with an electric barbecue. You can find public barbecue areas at

- Waste disposal:

We ask you to dispose of residual and organic waste yourself. If you are unable to dispose of the waste yourself, the municipality offers waste disposal with red 60 liter bags. The price per bag is EUR 17.

We can dispose of paper and yellow bags free of charge - Smoking/outdoor area

Smoking is prohibited in the vacation home and may only take place outside the building. However, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground. If we find cigarette butts around the building, you will be charged extra per stub. We will also take a consistent approach to chewing gum and add the extra cost per piece of gum found to the cleaning costs. Cigarette butts and chewing gum also do not belong in the ash waste from the barbecue, but in the residual waste!

Parking by car is permitted in the designated area.
