Camping in the beautiful Knüllgebirge near the A7

We live in the beautiful Frielendorf district of Leuderode, in the middle of nature at the end of the village. You have an unobstructed view of the fields and forest and the small Osterbach stream flows right past the property and your pitch. You only need 15 minutes from the A7 highway in Remsfeld to reach us. That's why our pitch is also ideal for anyone who is "passing through" and wants to take a break for the night in beautiful surroundings. The driveway to the pitch is gravelled and can be used in all weathers.

Our large garden offers plenty of seating, a covered terrace, campfire area (weather permitting), barbecue and a large children's play area with sandpit, playhouse, swing, slide, crawling tunnel and climbing hill, which you are welcome to use. It's a wonderful place to slow down and relax.

Our quiet village of Leuderode is located directly on the famous Elisabeth Trail. There is a lot for children to discover here in the village, because there are still lots of animals and farms and recently also a riding stable.

Leuderode is 6 km from the Silbersee vacation park with its swimming lake, wellness paradise, summer toboggan run, climbing park, indoor playground and large playgrounds. From here you can go on wonderful cycling, motorcycling and hiking tours.

In the neighboring village, a hike through the Lochbachklamm gorge or a visit to the Knüll wildlife park is well worthwhile.

The nearby towns of Fritzlar, Bad Wildungen and Homberg-Efze are ideal for excursions. A visit to the Edersee lake with its barrier wall and zoo as well as the city of Kassel with its landmark Hercules and the trick fountains is highly recommended.
