Woodland for nature lovers with fantastic view

The location is dreamlike therefore I would like to share this beautiful spot with you! :)

The property is very idyllic on a small mountain. At the foot are several lakes, including two for swimming. The Main River flows directly along the valley. The kilometer-wide view reveals the picturesque surroundings.

The access road requires a little driving skill. However, with vehicles the size of a van, the access is no problem. Here, four-wheel drive is "nice to have" but not a must. With larger vehicles such as sprinters, I have no experience and can fairly say only, the heavier and longer the vehicle is, the less likely is probably the success to arrive at the top.

With all-wheel drive, however, it should be no problem even with large sprinters to cope with the access road. The access road is partly well gravelled and partly washed out by the rain and very uneven. If it has rained for days, the place is not accessible by vehicles.

There are plenty of leisure activities in the region. You can, for example, wonderful hiking, climbing, mountain biking, archery, fishing, horseback riding, play tennis, swimming and much more.

You are in a Lower Franconian wine region with numerous wine taverns and corresponding gastronomy. There are also many castles and castle ruins to explore in the district of Miltenberg.

Your pitch is located directly at the edge of the forest far away from civilization. Part of the site consists of forest land and is privately used as an archery range. The view into the valley is fantastic and invites you to let your mind wander. There are many opportunities to stretch hammocks and some cozy seating to come down, relax and enjoy nature.
