Hey, I'm
Hello, my name is Stefan, I am 36 years young, a passionate climber, instinctive archer, absolute nature lover and proud owner of this wonderful area in the middle of the most beautiful nature. At the beginning of 2021, I started to clear this property, which was covered in thorny hedges and overgrown with shrubs. During my grandfather's lifetime, the area was used as an orchard. Apple, pear, quince, plum and walnut trees grew here. Even further back in time, the slope was used for viticulture. The terrain is still terraced from this time. I have had a strong connection to this place since my childhood. For a long time, however, the place seemed forgotten. The revival of the site came about through archery. That's why a small shooting range has already been built in the upper/wooded part. My vision is to transform the site into an even more inviting place than it already is. As things stand at the moment, I believe that only a small part of this has been achieved. I would like to set up a small corner for firewood storage. Build a raised bed for herbs and create another bed for berries. The driveway still needs to be straightened, as the last 100 m are too slippery when wet. A parking space of approx. 5x7m for a van is to be leveled. Also planned are a pizza oven and a fire-heated bathtub/hot tube. Where the tipi currently stands, there will later be a large open and roofed wooden pavilion which can be used for sitting comfortably or doing yoga. So much for the plan. :) It will certainly be years before that happens. But one thing is for sure. I'm up for all the small and big projects! So stay tuned and check back from time to time to see what's going on ;)

Super communication and very nice spot with a lot of peace. Arrival with the 4*4 Sprinter was problem-free, but you should be well acquainted with his vehicle and not be afraid of longer reverses.
Unfortunately, I can not give a rating because the road was too wet that we could not reach the place. Stefan was there and also recommended us to stay somewhere else, which we did. Stefan wanted to refund us the money. LG Peter and Andrea
Fantastic view and very helpful host!
Stefan was very nice, responsive, and answered all our questions! Their place was so peaceful and nice. The views to the river and valley are amazing. And we even saw a crazy meteor, super cool :) The place is close to some nice hiking trails as well. Highly recommend!!
Good communication via WhatsApp with the host, Stefan - he also responded promptly to messages and was very helpful. The place is as in photos / as described - nice "lonely" location, although you can hear the train and also the road a bit. Nevertheless, very nice to relax and without other people around. Also worth mentioning is the small swimming lake (about 10 min walk), which was recommended by Stefan and is really nice, since there is no water/no shower. I hope the place stays as it is, for a camping experience as close to nature as possible. Thanks for the stay, will be happy to come back!
Stefan is a super nice host and was very keen that we could easily reach the beautiful and hidden accommodation.
We had a great time at Stefan's camp. We were there for 4 nights with the tent. For us, with two small children (3 and 0.5 years), it was a real adventure. The camp is really beautifully located in nature, the view is fantastic (in the valley on the Main and adjacent lakes / one of them a swimming lake / you also look at the railroad tracks, but the trains have never bothered us, on the contrary, for the three-year-old a real highlight) the lake is not far away and very nice for swimming. You are in the middle of nature and yet not far from civilization and supermarkets or attractions. We are very excited to see how the camp will develop and what ideas Stefan will still implement! Unfortunately, we could not meet Stefan personally, but the contact was very friendly and open. Stefan was super helpful and had some great tips for us. We will gladly come back again. (Since the camp is really on a slope, children should be safe to walk here, otherwise it will probably be too dangerous or too strenuous )
Mega cool location, virtually at the end of a dead end. Beautifully prepared and ideally suited for people who have a taste for nature and solitude :) Also, the swimming lake at the bottom of the horse farm is really great to freshen up in the morning. Stephan is super friendly and very accommodating. I think he still has some plans up there. Use it, as long as it remains this "secret tip" ;) Important notes: - As Stephan has already described, you should really only make the trip in reasonable weather conditions and with some driving skill and a not too big car (camper completely unsuitable). Last part goes over a partly sloping meadow; not recommended in persistent rain and slippery ground. - There are about three really good places for tents, which are not too big and on which you can stand level. Best suited for this and absolutely recommended! - The only drawback at the moment is that if you come with a van (as we did) you don't have a flat surface to stand on. Even with Levellern you can not really straighten. Also it becomes quite narrow and you can only one way in and backwards out again. Also for this, a minimum of driving skill should be present, because in part still larger roots and the one or other larger stone are in the way. Stephan has plans to further prepare the place and make it even more Bulli friendly. At the latest then we will come again :) Best regards, the Max
