We were given a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eckgrabenhof. The bathrooms are fairly new, we were given a whole wheelbarrow full of firewood for the fire pit, and everything was absolutely hassle-free. It’s a very secluded spot with a wonderful view. Thank you!

We had nothing to complain about, we were looking for peace and quiet after all the work and we found it. Our dogs felt very comfortable and the other guests were also very pleasant. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned, but that's not the hosts' fault. Many thanks to the hosts, we would love to come back.

Perfect stopover on our way to France. We really enjoyed the hot shower and the nice conversation in the evening. The beer tent seating was perfect for us as we were only traveling with the tent. We would love to come back.

A very idyllic place. Very friendly hosts. The sanitary facilities are clean and easy to reach. Quiet and yet close to town, less than 5 minutes by car to the bread rolls. The pitch was perfect. We liked it very much. Despite the heat (33C), it was pleasantly cool between the walnut trees and we spent a lovely evening with a view of the cherry trees. Nicole made us feel very welcome and provided us with all the information about the farm and the surrounding area. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Great location, unfortunately directly on a frequently used road. Pitches close together, toilet clean but right next to chicken coop. Communication nice and friendly!
Small but nice pitch. Electricity available, clean toilet and shower. We spent one night here and can only recommend the site. Very nice hosts. Our kids were allowed to use the family pool and had lots of fun with the pedalos. There was also a little insight for the kids into how the egg gets from the barn to the shop, very interesting! Thanks again for that. We would love to come back!

Beautifully secluded, surrounded by orchards. Nice uncomplicated hosts. Lauf or Ottersweier can be reached by bike in 5 - 10 minutes. Hiking trails start nearby. We had a good time. We would be happy to stay again.
We stayed at the farm for two nights. Lovely place with a view of the cherry trees. The contact with grandma was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the little store on the farm. The single shower and toilet are basic but adequate and clean. The children used the swimming pool and had plenty of space to play. The local village is nearby and offers facilities (supermarket, bakery and other farm stores).
It was simply fantastic and just as we had imagined. A great farm with great, friendly people. The children had lots of fun with the chickens, in the pool and with the cars. Always happy to return!

We stayed for three nights (two couples, two vans) on the farm. Nice pitch with a view of many cherry trees. Shower and WC were fine. Friendly operators. A top site all round.

Beautiful pitch, very spontaneous hosts and a great view over the fruit trees. The pitch is freshly gravelled, the bathroom is great and we had a very quiet night. During our stay there was a lot of work going on in the afternoon, the new strawberry cottage and the maypole had to be finished. From 8pm onwards, however, it was very quiet and relaxing. If we are ever looking for a stopover in the Black Forest again, we would love to come back ☺️

Everything was very well organized and the sanitary facilities were very clean, I had plenty of space for my car, myself and my tent. Having breakfast with a view of blossoming fruit trees and a castle was a real highlight. Everyone was nice and helpful. I wanted for nothing.

We spent three wonderful days and nights on the farm of Nicole and Klaus. The place is very nice and Nicole welcomed us warmly. You sit comfortably and cozy under walnut trees. The toilet and shower were tip-top. We are very happy to come back, because the surrounding area has a lot to offer and three days were just too short.
We stayed for one night on this very quiet farm and everything was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again.
We spent 2 quiet nights and a relaxing late summer day among walnut trees. Although we arrived late, we were very warmly welcomed by Nicole. Thanks to Grandma Bärbel's farm store we could supply ourselves with fresh eggs, plums and tomatoes in the best way. :)
We have spent two very nice days here. The pitches under the walnut trees are very idyllic. The bathroom, which is available to campers on the farm, was always very clean. The contact with the family was totally nice and the excursion tips excellent!
We had a very nice pitch here between the nut trees with a view of the orchard. The pitches offer a lot of space, and it is also very quiet. To come down and relax it is perfect here. The farm is a great starting point for hikes and bike rides. A great selection can be found in the folder provided by the host.

Unfortunately, we could not make our trip to southern Germany because halfway our Bulli has gone on strike and we had to go home after a long workshop stay. We were in contact with Klaus all the time and can make up for our 2 night stay at any time, just great!

A very nice paved site with meadow and beautiful nut trees next to it. A shower and toilet are available, which was important for us because we do not have a fully equipped camper. Extremely nice hosts, we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back :-).

Here we were 4 days or nights. Were super friendly welcome and everything was explained to us. The site offers sufficient stell area next to a hall on the edge of a plantation with views of the mountains. Electricity and water can be ordered if necessary. The shower and toilet could be used if necessary and was very clean and completely sufficient. Unfortunately, we had with the weather not quite the optimal conditions. Otherwise, the possibility of a cozy fire with barbecue (is provided) would have been super. This place is not so close to us, otherwise we would like to stop here more often. But should we want again in the beautiful Black Forest, here gladly again. Absolutely recommendable. Yes, as I said everything bomb

On the way we had an engine failure and had to cancel first. After we had repaired the engine of our oldtimer in a workshop and I contacted the hosts they told us that we can come until 0 o'clock. I was allowed to keep constant contact to let them know where we were (it was a long way to get there). When we got there at 11:57pm we received a warm and loving welcome. Our night was short (as we had to get up early due to onward travel), but super quiet and pleasant. We will gladly come again. Greetings from the Ruhr area

We have used the pitch on the passage, actually much too bad only for one night. We were very warmly welcomed and could stand protected next to the barn under a tree in the shade. The bathroom was clean and only a short distance away, electricity was also available and even a small cooling in the pool. Very uncomplicated and nice hosts. The area is really beautiful and definitely worth a longer stay. The pitch is super well suited especially for families.

A great place. The farm is surrounded by fruit fields on a hill by the village beach. From the pitch (separated by walnut trees) you have a fantastic view over cherry trees and over the unique landscape. Idyll pure and also the hostess has received us very warmly, although she herself had a lot to do! We come again with pleasure

Thank you for the night in the beautiful cherry trees! 🤗We have been received super nice. There was a very clean and new bathroom, fire bowl and even vehicles for the kids.🚜🚗🛴 Before leaving there were then eggs and vegetables from the farm store 🤩. Worth mentioning is the Schnapsbrunnen about 20 minutes by e-bike, as it was very steep. But the view over the vineyards on the way is worth it 🍷🍇🏞️
Were now this year for the 3rd time here, the site is just fantastic 🏕️⛱️, really great and nice hosts, impeccably clean and idyllic quiet location. For biking or hiking you can always find new interesting paths, and everything directly at the site. Looking forward to the next time 🙂
Super friendly reception. We also immediately got an info folder with excursion tips for the area. We were just passing through, but will come again to explore the area. WC and shower very clean.
We booked with Nicole & Klaus at very short notice to test our new large family tent. We were very warmly welcomed and it was just wonderful. The farm offers enough space for our kids to let off steam and the sites are so secluded that you can really relax. Nevertheless, everything can be reached by car in 5 minutes and if there is really a need Nicole and Klaus help you out of a jam in a very uncomplicated way. Really stood out for us on the one hand, of course, the view, but especially the toilet with shower. In an economy building of the farm was built here a room extra that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. All in all, a real insider tip. PS.: the in-house chicken eggs and cherries are perfect for a camping breakfast on site.
We had a wonderful time out on the edge of the Black Forest. The place is just right to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. We were very nicely welcomed and felt very comfortable. By the way, the fresh vegetables and fruit from the farm store tastes great. We will definitely be happy to come back.
We were warmly welcomed as a small group with many children. Idyll, surroundings, overnight accommodations, etc. were just perfect for us. For questions or requests, the farm mistress was always on hand and everything went very trustworthy. The fact is, we will be back :-)
Our stay with Nicole and Klaus was successful all around. 👍 The pitches are super nicely located, quiet and with a great view. Nicole and her family are wonderful hosts, we were warmly welcomed, guided around the farm and have always felt welcome and comfortable. That we could use the sanitary facilities on site we find super, these were always clean and well maintained. In addition, we bought in the farm store the best strawberries we have ever eaten - all immaculately beautiful, like from the picture book! 🍓We can recommend the farm and also the area to anyone who likes to spend time in nature and seeks peace and quiet. We will be happy to come back again!

Our stay was a vacation from the first minute. We have been received very friendly, have been quickly and easily briefed and supplied with everything we needed. Very positive was the naturalness how we were received with our 4 greyhounds. If we had not planned a tour of the Black Forest, we could have stayed a week. Beautiful site, view and landscape. Preliminary to the location: very mild good climate and ideal the area for biking 🚵♂️🚵♀️ you can drive enough altitude. Great forest trails and thanks Komoot easy. About the hosts: very nice helpful family, had a problem / breakdown and there was immediate help. About the site: just wonderful good location, pitch well gravelled and seating area in front of the car nice lawn. Electricity we use, short distances. WC and shower simple but clean. Who is looking for relaxing days here is exactly right, we do not hike but when biking we have seen everywhere great paths (paved). Our conclusion: will certainly come back to biking 🚴♀️🚴🏻 and then times no MTB but with racing bikes. Thanks to the hosts for the great time.

We also worked during the day and had 1A internet. The shower / toilet available is very clean and comfortable. The area is perfect for hiking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It is a gorgeous place and we love spending time on the farm. Klaus and Nicole are super hospitable and are always available for questions! If you want, you can also take home regional products in the small farm store. A visit is worthwhile and we will be happy to come back.

Starting from the nice welcome, super quiet pitch, beautiful scenery to the farewell there is only the highest praise from both of us. Great hosts with well-kept farm. Surroundings invite you to hike, walk or bike. In the farm store entice own products. We were well provided for. Also with electricity and water. The bathroom, which we were allowed to use, was tiptop. Within walking distance there is an EDEKA and a well-run German inn. At night nicely quietly situated pitch. The little owl was the only noise heard. Our end-of-season trip was really worth it. Thank you and: we will be back

It was - despite rain - a nice time with a view of the fruit trees. A folder with excursion destinations helps. Fresh eggs and fruit and jam available from the farm.

A beautiful pitch with a wonderful view of nature. The individual pitches are like plots each separated by a fruit tree, which I found a very great thing. WC and shower is also available and the hosts were very friendly.
Absolutely great location in the middle of nature on which we were very warmly welcomed. The sanitary facilities were modern and very clean. The surrounding area invites you to walks, hikes and bike rides. We like to come back!

Picturesque pitch. To the left and right of us are beautiful walnut trees. As far as the eye can see are many, many trees. Apple, plum,... Behind us a large barn with lots of farm equipment, very exciting for my 6 year old son. In the farm store we could buy tomatoes, mirabelles, plums and apples for our onward journey to France. Would have liked to stay longer.
Camping with you was a great experience for us! The view is idyllic and the place is very quiet and clean. The bathroom is also very clean. Nicole and Grandma are very friendly and helpful. Nicole gave us nice tips for excursions. My children were also allowed to use the toys and the swimming pool. We also bought delicious eggs, plums, mirabelles and cookies there. Many, many thanks for the wonderful time! My kids don't want to go to a regular campsite anymore. Only to you 😊

Our stay at the farm was very nice! The hostess was very friendly and our children were thrilled with the children's vehicles! The view in the evening over the fields to Windeck Castle was magnificent.

We received a super warm welcome. The preparation was already great. We arrived with camper trailer and motorcycles and we immediately got the offer to park the bikes in the barn and the trailer around the corner. There was enough space. The small farm store offers many regional products. The bathroom is modern and clean. But the best was the pitch, this was breathtaking. Standing between the walnut trees was idyllic. They offered enough protection against wind and sun. We will be back !!!

Nicole is a totally nice hostess, I felt very comfortable on her farm for two nights and from there I explored the northern Black Forest a little. The farm is totally idyllic in the middle of orchards and the pitch directly between fruit trees with great views of the greenery and the foothills of the Black Forest. Thank you very much!

Just Wow!!! The place between the walnut trees with a view of the cherry orchard and in the background the Black Forest scenery! Dreamlike. Here you have your peace and can just switch off. The hosts are super warm people and are available with advice and assistance if help is needed, are available for a little chat. We have felt very warmly welcomed, the view from the pitches on the adjacent "green" is wonderful. From A to Z only to recommend, we come back with pleasure!!! The sanitary facilities were also super clean and with the chickens is even for the very young at any time what offered.
The location was perfect for my godchild, my wife and I to spend a nice evening under the fruit trees and camp there at night. The owners are really extremely friendly, all facilities top clean and the experience to make a short vacation there through and through perfect. The son gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything. The pitch between the walnut trees was idyllic and beautiful. The sanitary area spacious and very clean. We spent 2 nights at the walnut trees overlooking the cherry trees in terrible heat of almost 40 degrees. Good and quick communication. We were very nicely received and felt very comfortable during our stay. Will be happy to come again.
Friendly hosts. The place is uncomplicated and functional with grass under the shady walnut trees and the adjacent gravel on which the vehicle can stand. We felt comfortable. At the lowest pitch we needed the drive-up wedges, but was not a thing at all thanks to the gravel. We did not use the swimming pool offered. A cool down would be but at the current heat certainly very pleasant. Everything is simply but functionally furnished and clean. There is no Wi-Fi here but a lot of peace and a beautiful view over the cherry orchard up to the castle ruins. A very recommendable place, which we like to drive once again.

We found the pitch under the walnut trees overlooking the vineyards gorgeous. The welcome was friendly, the bathroom adequate and the place very quiet. Before leaving we bought vegetables, fruit and eggs in the farm store. Highly recommended!

Really great hosts who were really accommodating and helpful. Beautiful place in the orchards. Only complaint is the shower, which had to be shared with many and could not dry off and the many flies. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend the farm.
We were guests at the farm for two nights. The small "plots" between the trees are super. You have a small piece of meadow with a view of the fruit trees for yourself, the nut tree provides shade. It is very quiet, you can actually only hear the birds chirping. The toilet and shower were fresh and clean. The hosts totally nice and friendly. At the welcome there was a whole folder with excursion tips in the region. We liked it!

We felt very comfortable with Klaus and Nicole. They were very nice and were always available for questions. There is a small farm store where you can stock up on homemade schnapps, pasta or vegetables. The bathroom in the farm building 100m away is pleasant to use. The location is super nice. You have a good view of the Black Forest. Clear recommendation!

Just great!!! We had a wonderful weekend with friends, the pitch wonderful with a view of the cherry trees, exciting to see a fruit and vegetable farm! The hosts were very friendly and uncomplicated! Our children were allowed to use the pool, in summer temperatures the hit! The surroundings are beautiful, a short hike to one of the two castles nearby is absolutely recommended. An absolutely great, albeit short, stay! Hosts super nice and helpful - place beautiful and everything there that you need - cherries a poem and in the pool the son was even allowed to cool down -> Conclusion: perfect! We are very happy to come back!!!

It was for us a super pitch , between the nut trees, with a view in the almost ripe cherries ... delicious strawberries bought in the farm store and a chat with the dear mother held. In the farm store there was more, if we had stayed longer I would have certainly looked again, there was also a herb bed to serve yourself. In addition, the farm is great for hiking and biking / Graveln. Our two special dogs were also no problem. We felt totally at home. Thank you
We were really looking forward to the long weekend with Klaus. However, a defect in the camper came in between us. So we had to cancel at short notice by phone. During the very pleasant conversation, we were offered the opportunity to make up for the days. We will definitely take advantage of this and look forward to meeting Klaus and his family.

Both the hosts and the place, the service, the camper neighbors (with dog Luna), the landscape, the weather and the farm store with the great eggnog were fantastic. The hosts have welcomed us very warmly. The provided shower and toilet are in top shape. Very nice and quiet pitch in the middle of nature. And for hiking and biking perfect starting point.
The place was nice with good view to one side over the cherry trees and to the other directly on the castle Windeck. The toilet and shower were well maintained and our hostess with whole family was very nice and gave good tips for leisure activities. In their farm store we bought some nice pumpkins. We are thrilled and felt really at home. 5 stars from us.

There is a farm store with very tasty tomatoes, plums, potatoes, homemade pasta and much more. Nicole gave us great tips about restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, we were only one night on the site and had no time to use the great offers such as the extensive information folder, the barbecue or the sanitary facilities. But the site is beautifully located in idyllic surroundings and the hosts are very, very warm. We come back with pleasure.

Even though we were blessed with three days of continuous rain and sun on the day of departure and in the end even needed some tractor assistance when parking out, we felt extremely comfortable! Nicole and Klaus are really exemplary hosts, in the beginning we got a small (in) guided tour of the farm and also during our stay they were always available with advice and assistance! The location is exactly as you imagine camping far away from the campgrounds. You stand between trees in the middle of greenery and enjoy the silence and solitude. And all this without having to do without the amenities of modern infrastructure such as LTE reception, electricity, a supermarket within walking distance or shower and toilet. The small farm store is also worth a visit. In this sense, very best regards from Rheinhessen and no matter what the weather, we are already looking forward to the next visit!
