This was our second visit, and for gardening enthusiasts, the place is a paradise. Thank you so much, Georg, for letting us share this experience with you again.
Our stay was very relaxed and hassle-free—a lovely spot surrounded by greenery. It’s only a few kilometers by bike to Dinkelsbühl. In the campervan, we didn’t hear any highway noise at all, unlike what some people have mentioned here… We really enjoyed it 👌🏻
The site was easy to find if you simply follow the signs to the tree nursery. Once there, there is a pitch right at the beginning and then a little further on there are several options. The site is very nice. Unfortunately, the highway is actually very loud. New earplugs and I eventually managed to fall asleep. However, the site can't do anything about the highway and for the price you really can't complain.
We were a bit nervous at first, as we didn't get an answer to our inquiry about the time. Then we just booked and set off. The pitch, a meadow with free-range sheep, was great. We quickly looked for a pitch, not parceled out - stand where you want - looked for a power socket and the night was a dream. The proximity to the highway, both a blessing and a curse for us as travelers passing through, was not audible thanks to Oropax. Definitely a good option for us as a stopover.

We had a really pleasant stay on cozy pitch with some rooming sheep. Really great the the owner makes these spots available for such a small fee. Thanks George for your hospitality! We would gladly come here again!

As good as every year
Great place, nice seating and animal spectators, the only drawback for me was the highway at night, as I slept in the tent and the wind was perfect for the noise of the cars.
It was great for the whole family, we'll be back!
The site is in an idyllic location and great for children and dogs. You can watch white storks. There are sheep and ponies. Toilet is basic but okay. Outdoor shower is great. Electricity available.
It was very idyllic at Georg's farm between sheep, frogs and storks. We loved the toilet and the cold outdoor shower.
Georg is super uncomplicated and the place is great. We were able to watch storks in the evening. There is also a flock of sheep, a mule and a pony right next to the pitch. For dog owners, there is a lovely country lane which is great for a morning walk. All in all, great value for money.
I had to make a very spontaneous stopover on my trip and quickly found a wonderful, idyllic campsite near Georg. It was tippi toppi! With attention to detail, I wanted for nothing. I felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!
Lovely place , peaceful and beautiful. Children loved seeing the animals. Little outdoor shower (old water + quite exposing ) but I wouldn't expect more for the price payed. Thankyou very much ! The only problem we had was finding it !
We stayed on the pitch for 2 days. It's very nice there, the sheep ran around freely at times. It looked nice. Sometimes it was a bit noisy because of the hay cutting and gardening. But that didn't bother us too much. Georg came by and asked if everything was ok. There is a WC doet and an outdoor shower, great for hot days. Many thanks for the lovely time with Georg.

Wonderful place to relax. Very well-kept nursery/garden with a huge assortment, everything lovingly and in detail laid out. Uncomplicated host. Free-range sheep around at mealtimes and an inhabited stork's nest to watch. Simply great and to be recommended, we were thrilled :))

It was the perfect place for us. There really is a lot to see. The beautiful plants, ponies, storks. The small flock of free-roaming sheep is of course a highlight. We also made friends with the cat. Ideal for travelers passing through. However, if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, you are in the wrong place. After all, it's a commercial operation close to the highway. And there are frogs... The host regularly checks on things. Electricity and water are available on site. You have to make a few compromises with the toilet... Everything was just right and for little money. We'd be happy to stay again.

Beautiful meadow with a great view of a stork's nest. I can't say anything about the host as we had no contact. You could hear the highway very loudly, but that didn't prevent us from sleeping at night. A long power cable is an advantage because you can quickly exceed the 50 meters on the meadow. You should also think about toilet paper. This was regularly empty. We had a great weekend and will definitely be back!
The place is lovingly designed and a real insider tip!
Very nice place in nature, view of an inhabited stork's nest. 30 minutes by bike to Dinkelsbühl. Everything available (electricity water toilet) if you need it. Host came by shortly to say "hello" and if you need anything. Very nice! Can do it again.......

We were there for one night just passing through and felt very comfortable...pleasant stay, very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. We would gladly stay again!
The pitch is in the middle of a large meadow, with lots of animals (donkeys, ponies, sheep, storks...). It was wonderfully quiet and the highway was only minimally audible. Electricity, toilet, outdoor shower and barbecue are available, as well as a small pond and plenty of seating. We would love to come back :)
Nice pitch with a nice four-legged fluffy visitor. The toilet is functional but sufficient. There are some benches and tables. We liked it and would love to come again.
Very nice pitch with animals in the neighborhood and everything else you need. We had no contact with the host in advance, but this was not an issue. The site is signposted and you are obviously allowed to pitch wherever there is space. We will most likely be repeat offenders. Thank you very much.
A perfect stay, Simply brilliant, you don't always need five stars - storks and sheep, a meadow, stream and toilet are enough As simple as possible is as beautiful as it gets.
Was as described, very nice location! Were briefed by an employee on arrival, unfortunately no personal contact! We stayed here with our caravan for 2 nights over Easter, can definitely be recommended.....👍
In the darkness it was a bit difficult to find the pitch but once we had found it everything was great! Toilets available, quiet and great views. Highly recommended. Thank you for opening your doors to campers like us.
Lovely site, background noise from the busy road but you stop hearing it after a while. We had a lovely cycle into the nearby town of Drinklebruhl, wow what a try find. There was a cycle path all the way in and the town was breath taking our favourite day of the whole trip! You must visit if you stay here!
Amazing little spot, very relaxed environment. There were a handful of staff at the nursery but you were left alone to enjoy the peace and quiet. Fab fire pit and bbq. In fact we stayed for a second night!
A wonderful place.
Super nice place with nice hosts. We registered on arrival and were directed to the pitch by telephone. There was a large power distributor under a small roof. There was enough space to walk the dog.
Unfortunately, we only had the address, there was no communication in advance. But that didn't matter at all, the pitch is signposted and there is enough space so that we were able to park in a relaxed manner. In contrast to other reviews, we found the A7 neither loud nor annoying! And the toilet and water/electricity (all not used, but available!) are absolutely great for this price. Even seating/fireplaces were thought of! The old town of Dinkelsbühl is about 12 minutes away by car. We would love to come again 😊

Well suited for one night, toilet functional, highway is clearly audible. Pitch is beautifully situated in the middle of a tree nursery.

A nice, simple site behind a tree nursery. There is a toilet block (bring toilet paper and a flashlight), an outdoor shower and electricity. And all this for this price, absolutely recommended.
Nice place to camp. A friendly host who regularly asks if everything is OK and there are some animals to watch. Although I'm a very light sleeper, the noise of the highway in the tent didn't bother me. If I am ever passing through again, I will pitch my tent here.
Very nice hosts. We stayed 2 nights with Georg, the first night we were alone right next to a small pond. Nice starting point for a bike tour to Dinkelsbühl.

Very idyllic pitch with plenty of space and seating on the grounds. Wonderful starry sky! Unfortunately, we had quite a lot of noise from the nearby highway - depending on the weather conditions, of course. WC available, but could perhaps be cleaned a little more often. We didn't like the drinking water, but we had enough with us.
A nice quiet place. We liked it very much.
Everything was very uncomplicated and the place is beautiful. Our dog had a lot of fun and was allowed to run free. Unfortunately, we found the highway nearby to be quite noisy. If you can cope with that, we would say it's a nice place for one or two nights.

It's a beautiful place, away from the hustle and bustle with potential for more. The toilet is simple, and with a little more effort (another sink .....) it would be a totally idyllic place for which you would also be happy to pay a few € more 🥰 You can hear the road a bit at night.
Due to our route changes, we didn't get to Georg.
It was a wonderful stay surrounded by free-range sheep. If you are looking for peace and harmony with nature, this is the place for you. The garden nursery offers plenty of space to explore hidden garden dreams. We would love to come back 😊
The place is as described. The natural idyll is rounded off by a nesting pair of storks and a small flock of sheep. Unfortunately, the nearby highway is always present as background noise. A visit is worthwhile simply because of the tasteful range of garden decoration articles.

Arrival and pitch allocation very unproblematic. The conditions were exactly as described. Really very nice place with animals and a lot of green, just in the middle of a garden. Sufficient power supply available, water also .... but only use boiled water! In short .... perfect for a few nice, quiet days.

We spent a relaxing night here on our way to the Allgäu. The toilet is functional, rustic and well ventilated ;-) The adjoining tree nursery invites you to explore.
Very nice sunny meadow with lots of space and animals: Sheep and ponies. And all this for a very fair price. Highway is heard but not disturbing. We felt very comfortable!

Georg is a nice host with a great property. We could arrive when we wanted and just place ourselves anywhere. We were immediately greeted by the sheep and our son could run around after the trip without disturbing anyone. The A7 is within earshot which did not bother us personally. When we fell asleep we could count sheep through the window. We liked it very much and we will be happy to come back.
We were in transit for one night at Georg. The place is close to the highway, you hear already something, but has been ideal for transit. The place is not quite finished in our opinion, but has charm with a barbecue / pizza oven hut, pond, sheep / goats, lots of green. The sanitary Anlag is housed in a small Gartenhus - very rustic, but ok for us.
You can hear the highway, no one is there to assign you a seat. Nobody can be reached by phone either. More pitches than indicated, even via Landvergnügen. Too bad, I was looking forward to it.

Great accommodation, we loved staying there and it was definitely a place that gave us memories as a family.

Friendly reception, completely uncomplicated placed on the lawn, electricity connected and ready.
The contact with Georg was very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my arrival due to thunderstorms, heavy rain and violent gusts, so I can not report anything in detail regarding the pitch.

Very close to nature, with children a paradise. Sheep and goats run free, horses in the paddock, stork nest. Plenty of room to play and romp on the lawn. Toilet house with sink available otherwise use water hose as a shower. Proximity to the A7 is audible. By bike Dinkelsbühl is reachable in just under half an hour.

Super! Quiet place where the sheep pass by every now and then. Freeway does not interfere! Much to discover - the nursery is great (interesting for return travelers) and there are probably here and there great projects-have felt very comfortable-simple, quiet place without any frills!!!
Light in the toilet house did not work, unfortunately. Toilet paper was out and the paper buckets overflowed. Some places are apparently still under construction. Otherwise it was great, interesting beautiful nursery. Will definitely stop by again.
Unfortunately Close to the highway! The access to the meadow was not easy, in the entrance area very soft muddy ground! Otherwise everything you need is available, water, toilet, etc.
All good. Although we did not know exactly where we should stand because no one was more on site. But had a quiet night, was also intended only for this purpose
Close to the highway, uncomplicated arrival/departure, ideally located for a stopover, plus Dinkelsbühl is not far to spend a nice evening. We will definitely come again.

Everything is fine
Place is close to the highway and is therefore very suitable especially for transit. The pitch meadow is located at the end of the nursery and is therefore quiet. The toilet is functional and clean. Come again in any case.
Simple large meadow in scenic surroundings. Everything very informal! WC, electricity and water worked. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful large meadow with goats and sheep. We arrived quite late, but was completely uncomplicated with short exchange of messages. Fortunately, there were other campers, otherwise we would have been quite on the hose on the extensive gardener's grounds. Here perhaps a sign would be helpful. Possibly there is even one, and I was too tired to see it :-) The nearby highway is not a problem, it does not knock you out of bed. We would have liked to stay longer, but were just passing through. I will remember the place but good, also because of the extremely fair price!
It is a very nice and bigger place on a meadow between goats. The toilet is very clean, with mirror, toilet paper, sink, etc.. Water and electricity is also available at the site. The highway (A7) is nearby and you can hear (it is not loud), but for us this was not a problem. We will be happy to come again. Thank you very much for the nice stay.
Beautiful place on large lawn. Very friendly people who welcomed us. We could stroll idyllically through the plants and browse in the large store. Toilet close by, electrical outlets available. The A7 is close, which is ideal for and for an intermediate stop. You can hear the highway, but no problem for us, even in the tent. Come again with pleasure

What a beautiful spot... in the midst of nature, with great attention to detail a simple, beautiful pitch. Wanted to actually come with the camper, this was broken, so had to car with tent here, was also possible on site without any problems. For my daughters (7years) a wonderful, safe place, which they could explore without me. The toilet was clean and fits into the creative overall picture. Booking and arrival on site absolutely uncomplicated. The only thing you have to block out is the highway noise at night, although this is probably less audible in the camper than in the tent. We come again, dreamlike, especially for children.
Nice location on a meadow behind the nursery. Spartan toilet, but quite sufficient. Could make good bike tours from there (great bike path network also good for road bike). One star I have deducted. Highway you hear depending on the wind very clearly (Oropax help). Then the facility is somewhat planned. Here a pond, there a not finished bake house (will certainly still) and the power box is not where the campers are. But still we would book again.

This site is certainly something special. A nursery with free-range sheep and goats, large pitches with free choice of place, seating with table, at several locations you will find electricity and water connections. Unfortunately, there is no gray/black water disposal yet, can still become. The existing toilet house was unfortunately not very clean, cleaning materials were available for it. Interesting I found the concept with small Tiny Häuschen, a pizza oven that is soon finished and a small pond. das wird sicherrlich klasse and with it we wish Georg much success. Well, yes, you can hear the highway on some days, but it does not really bother. We have enjoyed the weekend and decelerated prima. The Krügis wish you all the best

The garden nursery is really worth seeing! You can hear the highway at night as a noise.
The stand is just great. The sheep , the impressive nursery, plus a store that I liked to "browse" and the vastness of nature - all this is just there to enjoy. From time to time we heard the traffic of the highway, but it did not bother. The process was uncomplicated, the hosts nice - what more could you want !?! Thank you for the relaxing time!
At Georg we were received uncomplicated and friendly, the site is spacious and very quiet. The goats and sheep are very curious, but sweet. Everything went smoothly, the hosts have even shared their bread with us, as there was no shopping in the village. Definitely recommendable. Thank you again :-)
The place was just fantastic and the constant contact with the sheep "animal" good ;-) Georg makes a lot on the place. A separate toilet, a pizza oven is under construction, beautiful seating and pitches and above all: completely uncomplicated. The nursery is a dream and a must for every garden lover. We have felt very comfortable. Very pleasant pitch, everything went completely uncomplicated, nice hosts, water, electricity, toilet ... everything there! The highway was to be heard but rather as background noise. We come back with pleasure!
We stood idyllic with a wide view over the fields together with sheep, goats, a pair of storks and the calling cuckoo and the walk through the nursery makes you wish. newly built sanitary and many possibilities to sit. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come again

Super speedy and totally uncomplicated briefing, just to our taste. The place is wonderful and really big and spacious. You can hear the highway quite loud, should this be important to someone. For us it was not disturbing. Thank you very much Georg!
We had a nice, relaxing overnight stay on the meadow behind the tree nursery. We were very happy about the animals in the direct neighborhood. Unfortunately, they were not quite so trusting. We have not used the toilet trailer, we can not make any statements about this, but the supply of electricity was perfect. We will be happy to come again!

Large meadow with plenty of distance. Ideal for dogs, which you can also let walk around on a leash. Very friendly host, who donated us wood for our brought fire bowl. Gladly again!
Very charming and uncomplicated. Ideal for a short stay, close to the A7. Note for noise sensitive people. Depending on the wind direction, you can hear the highway.

We were a little surprised that there were more than 3 campers. Otherwise, great nursery with great ideas for the garden. The highway is clearly audible, for one night we found it okay.
The place is really nice, unfortunately you can hear the highway at night . Electricity we have not needed, but is to be had. Nice kids included. Very nice ☀️
Very nice accommodating host! Super exciting accommodation for our 2 year old since you were allowed to explore the garden worlds freely and also in the shed trekkers, goats and sheep were offered. Simple but super nice! Gladly again :-)
Mr. Engelhard has welcomed us friendly, finding a pitch on his spacious grounds was very easy, we were even invited to a small village feast. Gladly we visit this very quiet place again.
Hello, everything was as described. I can recommend very well.
We were 2 nights on this place. Everything is very spacious and you can choose the place where you want to stand. Electricity was available from the nearby hut with the goats. There are no trash cans. We did not need water. The highway can be heard beautifully, but at night it is very quiet and in the WoMo you hear nothing more. By bike you are in about 30 min in Dinkelsbühl. In contrast to the pitch in the city, it is really restful and relaxed here. We will definitely come again.
The place itself is visually super. Unfortunately, the highway sounds from afar quite nice over. Oropax help there.
