I can't say much about Kathrin. I have not even spoken to her. She arrived with your family outside our checkin times without giving notice about 20.30Uhr and was at 8Uhr immediately gone without saying goodbye or a thank you. The family probably "only" needed a pitch for the night. Too bad!
