Our stay was very nice, we had trouble getting the children out again. The hosts and the animals were all very nice. We were allowed to watch a lot, milking the goats, taking the animals out to pasture etc. You now stand above the farm on a gravelled area and can then walk down to the farm. You have a beautiful view and the night was very quiet. We will definitely be back, many thanks for the great insights!
⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ One of the most beautiful pitches I've ever had. Amazing view, well-maintained pitch with bench and barbecue. Many thanks to the incredibly friendly hosts. I was even allowed to fetch the cows 🐄 and then the goats 🐐 (with the e-bike) from the meadow. That was soooo great. Then I was allowed to watch the goats being milked and a lot was explained to me. This place should actually be fully booked all the time as great as the whole package was. I will definitely be back with my daughter. Thank you so much for everything!!!
We were "visiting" for two nights and felt very comfortable. Ute and Stefan are very pleasant and the pitch is great. We would love to come back on occasion
The hosts were very difficult to reach, even by phone. There was no response at all via the Hinterland message chat. The pitch on the farm itself was very poorly signposted and not usable for campers as you were standing in animal feces. Unfortunately, the pitch was not even provided with hay or straw. Not recommended.
They were both very nice, but the road to the pitch was extremely muddy and unfortunately not made roadworthy beforehand, which was a shame. Location was right next to the goat shed, very quiet and with electricity. Perhaps better in dry weather
Ute and Stefan are very warm hosts. We felt very welcome and our daughter loved the cows and goats ;-) The homemade products (especially the yogurt and the butter made in the model) were delicious. We will definitely be back!
Where should I start? At the warm welcome upon our arrival? With the super dear employee in the store, who advised us with heart and soul? Ute and Stefan, who despite their busy work took time for us and our questions? To the goats, which ( all 80 pieces) wanted to be bought? I have tried in any case And not to forget Paula, the most good-natured cuddle dog par excellence All in all, this pitch actually deserves 150 stars. At least We will definitely come again Thanks for everything

Very nice farm and very nice hosts!
We enjoyed being there and plan to come again. The site has views over the village and is very quiet. Ute and Stefan were super nice and our children were totally thrilled by the goats-from-the-pasture-get and the hay in the barn. We were allowed to watch the goat milking and also taste the milk and the goats were totally curious and could be stroked well. Above the farm is still the former sports field to play soccer and fly kites and from there you have an even more beautiful view over the countryside. And to be able to buy the goat and cow cheese from the farm in the well-equipped farm store has rounded off the whole experience. Clear recommendation.

The cheese from the farm store (from own production) is very tasty. The surroundings are gorgeous. Beautiful hiking and biking trails. Everything top! We will be happy to come again 😊

It was a nice stay at Ulmenhof, we liked the pitch between the field and the goat pen, but even better we and especially our son liked the insight into farm life. Watching milking, feeding, live at a goat birth to be present. Simply beautiful. Also the purchase in the farm store was super tasty and the farm's own cheese a poem. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, but we will definitely come back again. Many thanks to the farm community and the staff in the farm store, we felt very comfortable with you.
We felt very comfortable and even got a great insight into farm life and work. A visit to the farm store is also worthwhile.

We spent a night on this farm in the Eifel. It was very nice to stand right next to the goats and Paula, the farm dog, was very happy about the petting.

Nice organic village store, everyone was super friendly and it was nice to be able to experience the animals so close with the kids. What would upgrade the spot again would be an organic toilet at the pitch.

Our stay on the organic farm with Michael and his family was a great experience for us, relaxing and we felt very comfortable. We have met very sympathetic, friendly people who gladly answered our questions and with whom we had nice conversations. The location of the pitches (electricity and fresh water filling possible if needed) is really idyllic with views over the valley and forest and meadows. We especially liked the proximity to the goats and cows and it is also no problem to watch the milking and feeding of the animals. Very worth mentioning is the farm store, where you can buy many products from our own production. Especially delicious we found the cheese from their own cheese dairy, which is offered in a large selection. Our conclusion is that we will definitely like to come back.
Very friendly host - is super responsive to the children and lets them participate in the farm work, if desired. Great view, very quiet and beautiful nature around.
Family is very hospitable, we felt very comfortable. In the middle of nature, very quiet, goats have welcomed us. Area very beautiful for hiking. We will certainly come again.

We had a great stay with beautiful view and a competent farm tour of the young farmer. The organic farm store is also worth a visit.

Very friendly, attentive hosts. The farmer, the senior farmer and the young offspring welcomed us kindly and showed us their farm. We were allowed to help get the cows from the pasture. Our son even got to sit in the big tractor for a short while. Great stay

We have had a very nice stay! Waking up in the morning with a view of the goats has been the absolute highlight especially for our little daughter. Depending on the season, you should expect a certain population of flies in the camper, but that's just the way it is on the farm ;) Gladly again!
We had a wonderful time at the farm. Whenever there was time, Michael and family took time, took us to the paddocks and explained the upcoming work and processes. We will certainly come again and are already looking forward to the next breakfast with goat visit 😉

We had a great stay at the Ulmenhof, were allowed to help with the farm work as we pleased and the children got their money's worth with various tractor rides. Michael and his team have welcomed us very friendly and were always open to questions. The farm is located in great surroundings with numerous excursion possibilities. In a welcome folder, which you receive upon arrival, you are well informed about this. In the organic farm store with full range and own dairy products you can buy great from Wednesday to Saturday. The site is a gravel strip with coarse gravel directly behind the goat barn with a beautiful view over the village and the surrounding meadows and forests. There was everything we needed, for us the pitch could have been a bit cozier (esp. subsoil). But all in all a really nice place and a great farm experience for the whole family! Thanks for everything and see you next time :-)
Who really wants to make a time out is here (pitch & area) at the right place. Especially are the hiking trails that lead you through wonderful mixed forests and invite you with many benches for a rest with beautiful views. We could draw a lot of strength - also the old oak did the rest. Pure pleasure are the Ulmenhofer cheese sorts. The goat cheese is a hit. The organic grocery really has everything you need (also definitely a recommendation). We will definitely come again. Thank you

We had two good nights at Michael & Co. super friendly and open contact. You stand on coarse gravel directly behind the goat pen. On one side panoramic view of fields and forests, on the other side goats. A goat barn is definitely quieter at night than a cow barn - no banging of metal brackets at the feed table. The kids were allowed to help out and somehow it's probably more fun cleaning up goat shit than washing up 😉. The farm store is well stocked and there is also an ice chest with organic ice cream.
It was a very nice time with a totally nice and warm host family. We had great conversations and the farm tour of the ten-year-old offspring was great! I come back very gladly :-)
It was great! We had three great days at the Ulmenhof! We liked it so much that we have extended. It is a beautiful farm with happy animals and people who love their job and do it with heart. We were allowed to watch everywhere, participate and a lot was explained to us. It was very exciting and we really felt at home with these very nice hosts (even the smallest host). The farm store is also a recommendation! Buying the cheese from the goats we could watch daily from our camper is something special. Toilet and gray water we could easily empty on a neighboring farm (10 Automiunten) for 2 euros. We will definitely come again!
Michael and his family are very warm hosts. The pitch is located directly behind the goat barn, so you are right in the middle of it. The farm tour by Michael's eldest son (10years) was extremely informative and we were even allowed to feed the calves and goats. We will be happy to come back.
Super hosts, only the pitch is a bit rocky but the people and the animals have made up for it. A great tip for families with children.
Cozy pitch right by the goat pen overlooking a meadow. Idyllic surroundings, small organic store 3 minutes walk away and very, very nice hosts. Our junior was allowed to help diligently on the farm and was quite enthusiastic. We felt very comfortable and were hopefully not the last time there. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

A pitch directly adjacent to the goat pen, which we found very nice. The hosts are very nice and offered us an insight into the work on the farm. On the pitch you have everything you need: electricity, water, peace and quiet and a beautiful landscape.
Our first camping experience on a farm really exceeded our expectations here. We were greeted friendly, directly supplied with electricity and water and the goats looked out of their stable, because the pitch is located directly at their stable run. The view into the greenery, the many animals and the wonderful peace were just great. The surrounding area is full of bike & hiking trails, countless sights and thrilled by the many forests and fields. The small organic grocery store has been able to provide us directly with everything you need for everyday life. A warm and friendly family and a great farm! We will definitely come again!

We were on site for a few days and felt very comfortable. You stand directly behind the goat pen, which was an absolute highlight for our daughter. The entire farm family was super friendly and helpful. An organic farm that has nothing to hide, you can also look everywhere after consultation! As described in the description text, it can probably be quite loud, on the one hand by the animals, on the other hand by the many tractors. It has not bothered us in any case :).
Great pitch right in the middle of farm life! Very friendly family, beautiful farm store. We were allowed to feed goats, the lambs with the bottle and taste fresh milk. Small tip: park the mobile not too close to the goat fence, they found our Bulli very interesting ;) We will be happy to come again! Thank you!
We had a very nice pitch with valley view. Electricity and water was offered directly at the site. The hosts give you an immediate insight into life on the farm and you get to see the stables and may also help with the daily chores, such as milking the goats. Michael answered many questions about organic farming. In the own farm store we could supply ourselves with everything necessary and try the delicious homemade cheese. A perfect short vacation on the farm. Thank you very much! We will come again and then stay a little longer.
Super farm with pitch directly to the goats (on one side) and view of the beautiful countryside (on the other side). Very quiet location and very nice hosts who have taken a lot of time for us - despite their own work - to show us everything, explain and also talk a little about the (definitely not always easy) existence as an organic farmer. Lots of animals on site, super for kids and (us) animal-loving city people. Goats and cows of all ages available. Electricity and fresh water completely hassle free. Good excursion opportunities in the surrounding volcanic Eifel, including Mare and mini geyser.... Info is given directly upon arrival by the hosts. The farm store was closed for us (because Sunday), but nevertheless they did not miss the opportunity to give us some very good goat and cow cheese for a small fee (which we of course tried on the way home, super tasty!). All around recommendable. Even if it was only one night, very relaxing.
Fantastic short vacation! The hosts are mega friendly, and take the time to explain things. The site is super, directly on the slope with a bomb view. It is absolutely quiet, except for the "mähähä" what is heard from time to time from the goats.... The children were allowed to help with feeding and even ride with the tractor! Accordingly, they were also sad when we had to go after 3 days "already" again ... but we will come back for sure!
