We live with our two children in Heersum, a small, rural village in the Innerstetal valley near Hildesheim. Our home is a small three-sided farmstead with a half-timbered house, where we also run our little farm café and ice cream shop. We pour our heart and soul into offering our guests a special place to arrive, relax, and enjoy themselves.
