Heidi was always friendly, easy to reach, and straightforward in her communications. The stay went smoothly overall, and she left the campsite clean and tidy. There were no issues with her conduct on-site, and she adhered to the agreed-upon rules. From our perspective, it was a shame that our private campsite apparently didn’t quite meet her expectations in the end. Our offering is intentionally not a traditional campground, but rather a small, personal parking spot on our property in a rural setting. We cannot fully understand some of the points raised in the review in this context. We therefore recommend that future guests carefully review the description and amenities before booking to ensure that the on-site conditions align well with their own requirements and expectations.
