Hello dear camping and nature lovers,
our site is located directly at our alpaca forest garden, where we house our alpacas but also chickens and ducks. The place is very idyllic, surrounded by meadows and trees.
We have electricity, water and a toilet directly at our supply hut, which is centrally located at the site. This has a large refrigerator, a small kitchen with washing-up facilities and everything you need and can be used on request. A beautiful sun terrace invites you to linger, as well as our forest garden itself, where you can observe and meet the animals.
In addition, there is a small farm store on the site, where we offer homemade products made of alpaca wool, felt, ceramics and wood.
In addition, we have prepared a varied vacation program for the whole family. For example, you can get in touch with the animals and spend time with them.
In our forest garden there is also space and time to be creative. So there are various taster offers, where you can try out e.g. fun pottery, felting or the spinning wheel. (See flyer in the gallery)
We offer a delivery service for breakfast rolls and other regional delicacies from surrounding organic farm stores, which you can of course also visit on site.
In the evening you can grill and also use the fireplace for a cozy campfire.
In about 3 km distance is the Vils, which invites you to wonderful hikes or bike rides on wonderfully developed paths, along the Vils valley. Also in 4km distance you can reach the Danube, where you can also find many bike and hiking trails. In about 3 km you can reach the outdoor pool Pleinting.
The city of Vilshofen (approx. 17,000 inhabitants) is about 5km away where there are rustic beer gardens, a wide selection of restaurants, shopping and an airfield with restaurant, etc. to visit.
The three-river city of Passau (Danube/Ilz and Inn) is half an hour away by car and is always worth a visit with its countless sights.

Anja and Hubert are very nice hosts. It's a beautiful, quiet spot. It's nice that there are benches and a table, a swing chair, and a small kitchen. That way, we didn't have to dig everything out of our van. Everything was very straightforward.
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! The hosts were very friendly and immediately took our kids to meet and feed the alpacas. There were four of us with a tent—a nice campsite, clean restrooms, and cold beer at a great price :-). We also really appreciated being able to use the kitchen and having a picnic table and benches available. We’d love to come back when we’re in the area!
A very nice and quiet farmstead with friendly hosts. We were happy to be able to use the small kitchen and the many places to sit. The bathroom was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
The campsite is small but charming. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you’ll find it here. The site is still under construction. That means there wasn’t a shower yet. There is a restroom, a small kitchen with a beverage fridge, a fire pit, a lounge chair, and a few other amenities. It takes about 35 minutes to get to Vilshofen by e-bike. We’d love to come back.
We had a wonderful stay with Anja and Hubert. The private campsite is very well-maintained, quietly located, and lovingly designed—you feel right at home. The idyllic surroundings and relaxed atmosphere are especially lovely, perfect for unwinding. The alpacas were a real highlight! The animals are incredibly cute and make the stay something truly special. It was simply lovely to watch them and enjoy the peace and quiet on the farm. Although we only stayed for one night, you could easily “put up with” staying here longer ;-) We also particularly loved that Anja offers her creative pottery and lovingly crafted alpaca-themed products for sale. The little clay alpaca we took home will now always accompany us on our travels and remind us of this special place. Anja and Hubert are very warm hosts, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell how much passion they put into this special place. We’d love to come back and can absolutely recommend this campsite!
