Our organic farm, which raises suckler cows, pigs, chickens, and board horses (not a riding stable), is located about 15 km from Trier. Set in a wonderfully peaceful setting with a beautiful panoramic view, it offers direct access to the “Schiefer-Wacken-Weg” scenic loop, which is part of the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig.
Enjoy the idyllic countryside, which also allows for direct hikes into the adjacent Moselle Valley for a good glass of wine and, thanks to this unique scenic location between the Hunsrück Hochwald (low mountain range) and the Moselle Valley, offers a particularly wide range of natural sights worth seeing.
We require self-sufficient camping. This means, in particular, that you must bring your own portable toilet, as we do not have facilities for using or emptying toilets on-site.
