Time out at a disused farm

Our campsite is located in tranquil Gänheim, the oldest part of the town of Arnstein with over 1275 years of history.

It is located on a large field and meadow area of a disused farm on the edge of the village.

The beautiful site offers every nature lover a wonderful opportunity to relax in the midst of meadows, fruit trees and the small river Wern.

You can also HIKE, CYCLE or simply ENJOY nature in the immediate vicinity.

If you're lucky, you might meet the senior farmer and buy some organic eggs from her.

Depending on the wind direction, you can sometimes hear the traffic from the highway and the railroad line that passes close to the property - but according to our guests, this is not disturbing.

Dogs are very welcome. However, as other dog owners and their four-legged friends also like to use the area for walks, please keep dogs on a lead at all times.

As the farm is not managed, there is usually no other person on the property.

Campers and caravans up to max. 8.00 m in length.

If the meadow is not passable due to high humidity, you are welcome to park on paved ground at any time. I will be happy to send you information on this after registration or after contacting me.
