Camping with a beautiful view of the valley or by a stream.
The pitches are surrounded by meadows on the edge of the village near a natural stream in the climatic health resort of Beerfelden. You have your pitch all to yourself and can enjoy the peace and quiet, the view and the beautiful natural surroundings.
The historic old town of Michelstadt is only 20 minutes away and Heidelberg can be reached in 50 minutes. Shopping facilities for daily needs can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Nevertheless, the sites are wonderfully quiet.
A variety of hiking and cycling tours (the Sensbachtal panorama trail or the Mossauer Höhe is highly recommended) in a wonderful landscape invite you to relax and unwind. The Marbach reservoir or the Eutersee lake, real insider tips, are only a few kilometers away, where you can go on wonderful hikes and bike tours. The Felsenmeer and the Nibelungensteig are also not far away.
Accommodation for your own horses can also be arranged, so you can go on vacation with your horse. Dogs are also welcome.
The Beerfelden Bike Park is just a few minutes away by bike.
In Wald Michelbach there is also a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest and a draisine, so there is something for everyone.
Please note that the booking can be canceled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Cancellations after this time are no longer possible, not even as an exception!

Our stay was OK. The grass by the forest was really tall, which made us decide to head up into the sun (35°) with our two kids. We paid for 2 out of 2 spots even though there were 4 of us (one would have been enough), and there was still someone else there with a camper. It didn’t bother us, but it’s not really right. The site is completely fenced in because of the animals, which is understandable, but if you want to go anywhere, you have to unhook and rehook several !electrified! fences. Carolin and Max are very polite, so 2 stars.
Super friendly hosts and a quiet, beautiful spot to spend the night. Our dogs felt right at home, too.
Highly recommended! The spot in the forest is beautiful and surrounded by nature. Carolin and Max are super nice and helpful! When we asked, they brought us a fire pit with wood and a jug of water to the spot! This definitely won’t be our last visit.
Everything was wonderfully straightforward; despite the 30-degree heat and blazing sun, the spot was shady and cool. A super-relaxing spot surrounded by trees—you can hear the sheep and feel the cool breeze. There hadn’t been any guests there for quite some time before us, and/or because of all the rain, the site was quite overgrown—but that was quickly solved by setting up our tents and flattening the grass. It was also fun to clear a path down to the stream and walk through the tall grass and flowers. We were the only ones in the area on foot, and the nearest bus stop was far away, so we drove to the lake—which wasn’t a problem for us. At night, the spot is quite dark because of the trees, as the moonlight can’t shine through, but plenty of string lights and a nice fire help out well here. We’d come back—it was very nice, and we had our peace and quiet :))
