Deluxe sunsets and stars close enough to touch! The distance from the village, the open spaces among the fruit trees, and the lack of streetlights mean very little light pollution and a cozy atmosphere. That’s how you can see them—the thousands of stars on a clear night. Of course, we’ll take care of the chilled wine—our diverse selection is always on hand.
We currently have several campsites with electrical hookups on our 1-hectare vineyard and orchard. You can choose a shaded spot or enjoy plenty of sunshine. You can choose between grassy ground and gravel surfaces depending on the weight of your vehicle. We have no size restrictions for your RV or trailer.
Camping is not permitted here.
You won’t be completely alone, as there are even more campers on the grounds during peak season.
Your children are very welcome—there’s plenty of space to play.
Our location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Whether by e-bike, bicycle, or on foot, there’s something for everyone. You can pick up a tour guide at the wine shop/vinothek.
Bergtheim has a train station with hourly service to Würzburg and Schweinfurt.
You’ll receive the access code for the restroom facilities when you check in at the wine shop—toilets are free of charge, while use of the shower and washing machine is subject to a fee. Outside of opening hours, you can purchase a selection of our wines and regional specialties from the on-site refrigerator. (The restroom facilities are closed during the winter months from December through the end of February; water supply and waste disposal are not available during this time.)
Please check in at the winery. There, you’ll receive free Wi-Fi access and have the opportunity to enjoy a small wine tasting. Grape juice is available for children.
Check-in from 1:00 p.m., check-out by 12:00 p.m.
If you are unable to arrive during our regular business hours (Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Sat 9 a.m.–4 p.m., closed Sundays), please call the winery so we can assign you a campsite and an electrical hookup number.

Lovely wine!
It was our first time visiting Anja’s winery (just passing through), and we were absolutely thrilled! Camping among the apple trees—it was truly wonderful. The restroom facilities are modern and clean, and the wine and snack fridge is definitely a great idea. We rounded off the evening with a delicious glass of wine.
Anja is very friendly. We weren’t greeted, but we did get a very nice spot. The bathrooms were excellent. There was even a small self-service refrigerator. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck. It was harvest season, so we didn’t get a quiet night’s sleep because the combine harvesters were, understandably, still out working late into the night. Other than that, it was a very nice place. I think we’ll come back when it’s not harvest season.
We had a wonderful, if brief, stay with Anja at the winery. We were warmly greeted and felt very welcome. The delicious wine and grape juice made our evening even better, and we picked some up to take with us for the rest of our trip. The campsites are easily accessible even for caravans and are sufficiently spacious. The restroom facilities are new and always clean, though shower time is kept very short. We would definitely recommend this campground and will certainly come back if our travels take us south again.
A really lovely, quiet spot just outside Würzburg. A friendly welcome and well-maintained grounds. Modern restroom facilities. We'd love to come back sometime!
