The property is located in the heart of the garrigue at an elevation of 500 meters within a bird sanctuary. Surrounded by olive, almond, and fig trees, as well as all kinds of wild herbs, you can take long walks here and marvel at nature’s rich biodiversity, including a wide variety of birds of prey, or simply enjoy the silence in a hammock. The “Font de la Marieta” spring is exactly the same distance from the finca as the nearest village, L’Espluga Calba—a 10-minute drive or a 40-minute walk. The village has a pool that’s open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the summer, as well as shopping options. The region is known for its first-class olive oil and many other delicacies.
