Our organic farm is idyllically situated on the outskirts of Odernheim with a view of the Disibodenberg and directly on the small river Glan.
There is a self-sufficient farm store on the farm, which sells high-quality farm produce and other organic foods from Mon - Sat from 8 am to 9 pm. There is also a bakery, a butcher's shop, a café and several restaurants in the village.
The Glan-Blies cycle path and the Altenglan - Staudernheim trolley route are in the immediate vicinity of the farm.

A beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by nature
We had a wonderful weekend at the Bannmühle. It was peaceful and idyllic, the farm store provided us with all kinds of treats, and there are countless things to do in the area! We'll be back!
Great, quiet location—truly idyllic! Canoeing is also easy and hassle-free; we were very satisfied and would love to come back.
Totally hassle-free. The restrooms are basic but fine and clean; unfortunately, the "hot" water wasn't actually hot. But that wasn't really a problem for us. The farm stand and the accessibility features there are great, just like the selection inside.
It was a really great campground. Just a 30-second walk from the campground, you reach the Glan River, where we sat with our camping chairs during the day. ☺️ There are also plenty of canoes right on site that you can rent for 20€. Restrooms were located right next to the campground. Our only complaint was about the restroom facilities, as they weren’t kept in the best condition and there was only one shower. But that wasn’t really a big deal for us. Otherwise, we had a great three days there and will definitely be back.
