Welcome to the parking spot at the Witch's Cottage

Parking spot: A fenced-in lot next to an uninhabited cottage from the 1950s, adjacent to our property. On the other sides: a street, a field, a path, and a pond. The spot is located in a scattered settlement on the outskirts; there are no neighbors.

The accessible part of the property is approximately 200 square meters, fenced in, and available for your exclusive use. The rest of the property is overgrown.

The campsite is directly accessible from the street and well-suited for overnight stays. There is a parking spot in front of the cottage or, for lower vehicles (up to just under 3 m), under a tree. The ground is grass.

The site is best suited for campers, shorter motorhomes (7 m), and trailers—ideally with a mover. I’m not very familiar with maneuvering trailers; there was once a group that had trouble maneuvering.

Utilities: Electricity can be provided; in exceptional cases, water, gray water, and black water disposal (only with eco-friendly toilet chemicals).

Dogs are free to roam and bark.

By car, bus, and subway, or by bike (at a brisk pace), you can reach Nuremberg or Fürth (both city centers) in 30 minutes. Palm Beach is 2 km away, and Playmobil Funpark is a 10-minute drive. During the week, a bus and a shared taxi run three times a day. On weekend nights, the Nightliner runs hourly. Otherwise, the Deutenbach-Mitte bus stop (Line 63, 10-minute walk to the subway) is 2 km away. Playmobil Fun Park is about a 10-minute drive through the villages.

Several inns, some with beer gardens, within a 2- to 3-km radius.

Shopping options: Meat and egg vending machine on site, sometimes also fruit, pasta, and jam. Nearest supermarket (Aldi) is 3 km away.
