Electricity and water, as well as a fire pit and firewood, are available upon request. Dogs are allowed by arrangement and are welcome.

Forests and fields for relaxation are within walking distance, and the nearest shopping options are a 4-minute drive away.

In the village itself, there’s a nice playground, a horse farm, and a cowshed.

  • The hosts are incredibly kind—they respond quickly and really take care of everything. The property is in a quiet location, right next to a field. You can go on beautiful hikes from there and enjoy nature, which is exactly what we did plenty of. Lake Helenesee, which has been partially reopened for swimming this year, isn’t far away and is a great place for a stroll in general. In the evenings, you can sit comfortably by the fire pit, and if you’re lucky, you can spot the stork that lands there from time to time. (That was our highlight.) We really enjoyed our little getaway.
