We have a pitch on the outskirts of town, in a quiet location, in our driveway. Electricity and water can be used with pleasure, WC if someone is at home'. The peace and quiet with us we also want from our guests. You are welcome to sit on our terrace or in our garden, use the barbecue or the fireplace. The pool is also available for our guests. The pitch is sloping, so don't forget wedges! Vans can also be parked at ground level under the carport.
The medieval imperial city has a lot to offer, including a walkable city wall. As hosts, we are happy to provide information. From the terrace you can see the Hainich National Park with treetop path and visit it in 30 minutes. Within an hour you can reach the cities of Göttingen, Eisenach, Erfurt, Gotha, Weimar, Nordhausen, Kassel and the Eichsfeld. The Unstrut cycle path passes through the town.
For hikers, the Hainich has circular hiking trails to offer.
The geographical center of Germany is a few kilometers away.

We were only here for a short time but everything was fine. Very nice hosts and if we had needed anything, this would not have been a problem. We will be back 😊😊
We were 3 nights with René and family. Despite construction site behind the house, we were very friendly and received at very short notice and could stand in the driveway. We could fill up electricity and were also allowed to use the toilet and shower. Thanks again!
