Just outside Berlin and right by the Havel River, we offer you a parking spot for your RV (up to 8.5 m long and weighing up to 5 t) in the courtyard of our lovingly renovated, family-owned apartment building from the Gründerzeit era.

You’ll be parked in a paved courtyard with a view of the blooming garden. You’re welcome to use the terrace with seating, the lawn, and the ping-pong table.

Downtown Berlin, with all its sights and attractions, is about a 40-minute trip by public transportation (about a 5-minute walk away). The spot is also perfect for attending concerts or other events in Berlin and then sleeping in a beautiful setting.

For local recreational activities, nature offers plenty of options, including the Havel River with canoe and SUP rentals, the forest, an indoor swimming pool, the climbing park, and various cycling trails.

Within walking distance, you’ll find grocery stores, services, restaurants, and snack bars.

The highway and the urban expressway are about a 7-minute drive away—but you can’t hear them.

The only downside with so much variety and the proximity to Berlin: it’s not really quiet, but it’s manageable at night...
