Dream vacation in a circus wagon, in Sweden's southernmost wilderness, secluded location surrounded by forest and lake for 2 people, 100 m from the lake, pure nature! A paradise for anglers, hikers, paddlers, and bikers, but above all for ultimate stress relief. Here you can slow down. There are countless hiking opportunities from the circus wagon.

You can fish in many of the lakes in the area. The wagon is also equipped with a Canadian canoe for use on our house lake, where you will also find the rustic wood-fired sauna. At the end of the 800 m long private driveway is the "Sverigeleden," Sweden's longest cycle route at 2,620 km.

The circus wagon Furnished with a double bed, cooking and dining area, and large sun terrace. Hot shower and dry toilet in the nearby sanitary building, 220 V power connection, and bed with forest view.

You can heat the caravan with infrared heating in the transitional season, and there is also a new wood-burning stove (heating costs are charged separately) to keep the circus wagon cozy even on cool days. A reed bed sewage treatment plant and solar power are our contribution to nature.

The history of the circus wagon We bought our wagon many years ago in Germany. All logic spoke against taking on such a renovation-intensive project. But we did it anyway. It was love at first sight. It then stood for many years in an orchard, stripped down, in a deep sleep. Then, over the years, certain construction phases were carried out.

Three years ago, after a long search, we found someone who drove it to Sweden attached to a large tractor. Friends then helped to convert it. The wagon has been completely renovated using organic materials, the hemp insulation ensures a pleasant living environment, and all wooden parts, including the mahogany beams, have been painted with organic hard oil.

Now it stands in its old age in a beautiful spot by the lake, surrounded by forest. We think all the effort was worth it and would like to thank everyone who made it possible. This is a place for people who want to spend time in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to enjoy life in its simplicity and to build a big campfire when it's not too dry.

Location and surroundings: The circus wagon is located 100 m from the lake, surrounded by forest, on our own property. And by secluded location, we mean secluded location. The wonderfully expansive nature begins right outside the door. The nearest town, Öxabäck, is about 4 km away. This is also where the nearest shopping facilities are located.
