In the big garden

Our large, quiet garden is located in Emsland, in the municipality of Surwold. The Surwold recreation area with many leisure activities for young and old is right next to the garden. Such as mini golf, climbing forest, gliding, fairytale forest, archery park, summer toboggan run, outdoor swimming pool (reopening in 2026 after renovation work), playground, motodrome and much more. The surrounding area can be explored very well by bike, whether on hilly forest paths or kilometers of cycle paths. The Meyer Werft shipyard, where numerous cruise ships are built, is around 17 km away, as is the baroque Clemenswerth hunting lodge in the opposite direction.

Note: Access is via Kirchweg, Königsallee and Friesenweg. At the end there is an access road for two gardens, please enter the garden on the right. This will take you directly to our garden.
