We are a small farm with sheep, free-range chickens, and cats near the Trauner Auen on the Welser Mühlbach. We offer parking spaces for vans, small motorhomes up to 6 meters long, and small caravans for overnight stays while passing through or even for two nights to explore the area.
In its current form, the house is one of the oldest preserved fishermen's houses. It has been designated as a hereditary farm since the 16th century. It survived the great fires (1884, 1907) at the turn of the century and also the floods of the Traun. We want to bring this small, venerable paradise back to life and continue the philosophy of past generations that everyone is welcome.
Families with children. Pets are also welcome, but dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, as there are free-roaming chickens and cats, as well as wild animals such as deer, hares, and pheasants living in the floodplain.
Lake Rutziger is not far away (1500 m) and offers both swimming and a playground. It is a good starting point for bike tours, and the cities of Linz and Wels are within easy reach.
Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.
