We are a small farm with sheep, free-range chickens, and cats near the Trauner Auen along the Welser Mühlbach. We offer a parking spot for vans, small RVs up to 6 meters long, and small travel trailers for overnight stays—whether you’re just passing through or staying for a couple of nights to explore the area.

In its current form, the house is one of the oldest surviving fishermen’s cottages. It has been registered as a hereditary farmstead since the 16th century. It survived the great fires (1884, 1907) at the turn of the century as well as the Traun River floods. We want to bring this small, time-honored paradise back to life and carry on the philosophy of past generations that everyone is welcome.

Families with children are welcome. Pets are also welcome—however, dogs must generally be kept on a leash, as in addition to free-roaming chickens and cats, wild animals such as deer, hares, and pheasants live in the floodplain.

Lake Rutziger is located nearby (1,500 m away) and offers both swimming and a playground. It is a great starting point for bike tours, and the cities of Linz and Wels are within easy reach.

Check-in is available until 9:00 PM.

We were able to stay with Patrizia on very short notice. Communication was absolutely hassle-free. The parking spot was more than adequate.
