Hello everyone and welcome! We are Stefan and Julia, and we run the farm as a side business with our four small children. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the highest point of the Schienerberg (approx. 716 m above sea level). The farm is about 1.5 km from the center of the village, a small, friendly village with about 800 inhabitants. The village shop invites you to do your shopping and enjoy a coffee/tea and various delicacies. We are located right on the edge of the forest, surrounded by orchards and fields. An idyllic location that invites you to dream. In good weather and with a warm wind, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Alps from our meadows, with the Säntis mountain standing out. The gravel parking spaces offer a relaxed and dreamlike backdrop. Tents are also welcome on our meadows (more information in the separate advertisement for tent sites).

You may well be visited by our free-range animals, such as gray geese, runner ducks, and chickens. Except for our bronze turkeys, which are kept in their spacious outdoor enclosure. We have direct access to various hiking trails and viewpoints. And we are only 5 km from the lake.

We have our own playground, which families with children are welcome to use at their own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. We also have toilet facilities, which can be reached via a 7-step outdoor staircase behind the house (not wheelchair accessible). Water, electricity, firewood, barbecue, and our fire pit can be provided upon request.

Dogs are generally welcome, but we ask you to exercise appropriate care, as we have free-roaming farm animals, as already described. We look forward to seeing you. Until then, Stefan and Julia Important note regarding the accommodation price and visitor's tax:

More than 2 people on the pitch: for each additional adult (aged 16 and over), we will charge an additional €2 per person per day on site. Plus visitor's tax per person per day Visitor's tax: this is charged on site and is not included in the price. The visitor's tax is €2.00 per person per day of stay in the high season (April 1 to October 31) and €1.50 in the low season (November 1 to March 31). In Öhningen, the visitor's tax applies to persons aged 15 and over. Children and young people aged 0-14 are exempt from the visitor's tax.

Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 p.m.) before arrival.
