➡️ Parking space Nestled in extensive pastures, where a herd of cows occasionally grazes, you are completely on your own here – the nearest neighbor's house is over 150 m away. The site is located at an altitude of 550 m, right next to our rarely used vacation home. We hope you will appreciate this place as much as we do – as a little break from everyday life.

In the morning, we often enjoy our first coffee with a view of the valley, where fog sometimes gathers. With a little luck, you might see a deer in the grass or a hawk circling overhead. In the evening, the birds fall silent and the fox calls in the stillness.

At night, a sparkling starry sky stretches above you – often so clear due to the low light pollution that you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. ➡️ Facilities • Own power connection (20 m away) • Well water for sole use (not drinking water, garden hose)

• Stable WiFi (15 Mbit/s) – ideal for HD streaming and video calls The parking space is located at the end of a paved dirt road – quiet, secluded, and easily accessible. ➡️ Surroundings Despite the secluded location, you are quickly connected: 17 km to the A93 (Regnitzlosau) and 18 km to the A72 (Plauen South). From here, you can perfectly combine nature, culture, and leisure: • Bad Elster (8 km): mineral springs, saltwater thermal baths, and König Albert Theater • Adorf (8 km): botanical garden and miniature landscape "Klein Vogtland" • Schöneck (17 km): ski and bike world with 260 km of cycling and MTB trails

• Untreusee (27 km): swimming, water sports, climbing park, mini golf & beer garden Hikes start directly at the parking space (via the path downhill – please only use this path, as the adjacent areas are private property). The 14th stage of the "Erzgebirge-Vogtland" ridge trail also runs nearby.

Shopping facilities can be found in Bad Elster and Adorf; just across the border in Czechia (4 km), there is a restaurant, pharmacy, hairdresser, and a Travel Free Shop with a gas station. ➡️ How to get there The access road leads 200 m uphill along a paved path. It is easily accessible for campervans and motorhomes of normal size, but unfortunately, access and turning space are very limited for low-lying or large motorhomes of around 8 meters or more, as well as classic caravans. Therefore, we are unable to accept bookings for such vehicles. Smaller trailers (e.g., tent trailers or mini caravans) are usually not a problem.

• Please take your trash with you—there is no disposal facility on site. • Open fires are not permitted, but barbecuing is of course allowed. • Dogs are welcome—please keep them on a leash if there are grazing animals nearby. • Waste water may not be disposed of on the premises.
